I went in a few weeks ago to schedule flowers for my spring wedding. I gave the woman working my information, rough details, and a number to call to schedule a meeting. She did share they would be busy because of Valentine's Day. I went in two weeks before so was promised a phone call back later that week. Heard nothing back so tried calling, left a message and no call back. Tried calling two days later and voicemail box was full. Reached out on Instagram and got no response too. Finally went in again this week on Monday after valentines and the same woman took the same information down and said she would call me that very night to set up a consultation meeting. Said she even remembered me, did apologize and stated she had other clients to get back to as well. Personally feel like that is not a good thing and I'm sure I'm not the only client stressed out about getting questions answered. Well sadly it's been 4 days of hearing nothing and so I don't want to keep chasing them down as it is showing me that they don't want my business and are wasting my time. I really wanted to support a cute local floral shop for my wedding but sadly have to move in a different direction due to really poor communication. It disappoints me that I could not rely on them and their first impression was not good, so how can I rely on them to show up for my wedding day? I am glad they do good work for other clients, just disappointed it did not work out for me.

I had used St Cloud Floral for a funeral through the connection on the obituary page of the local…read morepaper. I wanted a large arrangement and ordered the premium option. My total with delivery came to $127.32 and it was one of the smallest floral arrangements on display. The card with our message was large enough to cover a good portion of the arrangement. I was very disappointed. I'm attaching a photo. My arrangement was the one with reddish-orange flowers. I placed it next to another arrangement to show the difference. Also, the flowers were starting to wilt one day after delivery.
