Staff frequently pass thru alarmed doors and because of various inadequate reasons the alarms on these doors go off for long periods of time, 15 minutes is common even after notifying the front desk. With minimal effort these alarms can be shut off within a minute or two, all the staff member has to do is use their radio and tell the front desk to silence the alarm. I have made Summerset aware of the issue and I hope they will address it along with intermittent long response times. I suggest inquiring if these issues have been remedies before committing a loved one here. I am receptive to raising Summersets rating if these things are addressed. We will see

Even working a full-time position, I am able to have a perfect work-life balance. We had tried on our own, about a year ago, and found that everything other people suggested was out of her price range. Austin found a number of excellent options and three of them were fantastic! He took us to places that took the time to get to know what mom likes and what her capabilities and requirements were. Austin was a very effective communicator and screener, so we didn't see facilities that weren't right for mom (or us). He really went the extra mile to coordinate with the skilled nursing facility (which gave us almost no information) and got the necessary information so we could plan her move into assisted living. He really listened and was very knowledgeable about a multitude of places. We highly recommend him!

At first, I was skeptical in admitting my mother-in-law here in this facility based on the reviews…read more She's 87 years old and was admitted for a pelvis fracture and more importantly just to rehabilitate her to learn how to get out of bed and to walk with a walker. I don't generally write reviews, but this place deserves a great recommendation. I must have contacted them at least 5 to 10 times in that week that she was there, and there was not one single time where they were not courteous on the phone and helpful. You can hear the kindness in their voice and the concern. When I visited my mother-in-law, I can see that her area was clean and tidy. Most importantly, my mother-in-law was in good spirit and did not seem unhappy. It took her a day or two to get comfortable with all the noise and surrounding, but they somehow got her comforted and calm because she didn't have any complaints after a day and that's important. Just want to congratulate your staff for doing such a great job for people that are in need, especially Siada. Thank you.

She works for Kaiser and is onsite at Lincoln Meadows, and my direct interactions with her were extremely disappointing. She has virtually no bedside manner and made an already stressful situation significantly more difficult for both my loved one and our family. Rather than providing support or guidance, she came across as dismissive and pushed board-and-care options in a way that felt inappropriate and uncomfortable for someone in need of housing and care. Since this experience, I have spoken with multiple people who have had family members at Lincoln Meadows, and a number of them have independently shared similar concerns involving the same individual. This is a small town with only one nursing home -- word travels quickly. I understand she is a Kaiser employee, but knowing that this appears to be a repeated issue makes it shocking that she is still in this role. Her involvement completely overshadowed what otherwise could have been a positive experience. If it weren't for this interaction, I would have rated this location a solid four stars. Unfortunately, her conduct ruined what should have been a supportive process during a very difficult time.

Marivel and her team of caregivers truly became our extended family. The home itself is lovely and well set up for the highest quality of care for its residents. Everyone is included in daily activities based on their individual abilities and care is personalized based on individual needs. Their long-term association with Sutter Hospice made coordination of care for my Dad seamless and was an added source of comfort for me.
