I had a good conversation (in Spanish) with the guy who was working there (the guy in the pic with the woman, both of them with aprons on). We returned the next day to buy some things to bring back to our hotel and eat. I had another good conversation with the same guy (who appeared to remember me), and everything we bought to eat and drink was top notch. The next time we're in Sevila we'll definitely return to Ueno and give them more of our business.

You will get inebriated but you will also get educated and fed well. The food is spectacular, the wine is delicious and our server was incredible. Tons of great knowledge and it was like taking a mini-tour of Spain. I really was impressed by this place. Outside seating looked nice but we sat indoors with a window open next to us and really enjoyed the fresh air while enjoying many wines and small bites. If you've done wine tasting in the USA this is very different. There's legit like y full pours to include a couple sherrys. Bring your A-game and a concrete plan get back to your hotel/vrbo. We tried but struggled with our Spanish so he very graciously spoke English teas he explained the origin of the wines and the flavor profiles. I speak a tiny amount of Spanish, and he English, but he used a translator and we made it work. Extremely friendly. He also provides bulk sherry and will let you try anything he has. We didn't even ask, he simply provided. He deserves your business. Large selection of Andalusian wines and sherries. He even gave us a corkscrew gratis, despite my objections.
