The Kool Bus arrived at our home a few minutes earlier than expected (a welcoming necessity for logistics etc) The bus can hold up to 24 gamers at once and with the music and mic, it's a self contained AFFORDABLE party. Although i'm not a gamer...the guests (young and old) TOTALLY loved it! I loved the ease of planning this birthday party.

Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

I read everything on the website regarding pricing before sending an email. Paul was amazing at responding to my emails. Very professional, helpful and fast! We left a deposit and that was it. We were booked Lol We confirmed the guest counts days before the party and we were set. Nonetheless, the big day came and the performers were so helpful with set up and clean up. They didn't know what they were doing with the decor - some things were damaged - but they were very helpful and kind. It was all honest mistakes. And they were apologetic. The performers and Paul kept the kids busy the entire time we were there. They were patient, attentive and organized with all of the different ages we had there(2-10). We paid for a lot but it was worth it. We opted for face painting, balloon twisting, unicorn character rental, extra performer(we had a fire breather, stilt walker & juggler), the balloon drop(which was "wow" for the kids AND the parents) and additional kids to attend. There was a large projector on the back wall playing kids bop music videos. We did the circus party. We opted for this because there was a zip line, trapeze, high swing and aerial silks from the ceiling. It was definitely a lot to cram into 2 hours-- but it was so worth it. Paul and his team did an amazing job. I'll post some professional photos so you can see the space was HUGE. We had 19kids and 25adults, it was awesome. We received so many compliments on the CLEANLINESS of the facility and PROFESSIONALISM of Paul. I can not give enough praise for Buck's Sport Barn. I got my friends together for a mid-week game night and we had about 10-15 of us in this mobile gaming truck. I love that you get multiple activities when you book -- you get bowling, karaoke, games, AND laser tag for the price of one! If you're hosting for a kid this would be perfect during a pretty day.
