In hindsight, I disagreed with their fee structure, but now see the value in how well they run the business and find that, that should take precedent over monetary cost. You definitely get what you pay for in the gymnastics world.

After signing up my kids for a day camp which was 165$ - they unfortunately woke up not feeling well so since i had to call last minute and cancel i of course did not expect a refund but a makeup token to be able to rebook a camp day in the future!! They gave me a credit for only one of my kids which was 82$,despite repeated attempts to get credit back for the entire amount .. my concerns were largely ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and completely disregarded as a customer.

My daughters have been at Champions for 4 years and are now part of the EPIC Elite Cheer program…read more I asked my girls to describe the program, and one said that "The coaches make us work very hard, but they make it fun." The coaches are positive and focus on safety, and there is a sense of mutual respect between coaches and athletes. There are a lot of optional extra classes in tumbling, flexibility, jumps, and stunting; my girls would go to the gym every day if I let them. The community at EPIC Elite is great - there are fun, positive parents which makes team bonding events a pleasure, as opposed to a chore. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The new program started at the beginning of the summer, so I'll update when we're a little further into the year. As a new program, some of the processes and communication are still being ironed out, but the pros far outweigh the growing pains.

We are moving soon, and this is the only thing I'm Sad about leaving. We may have drive to keep going. Thank you, Electric Avenue for all you are doing for kids!

This kid has come home almost everyday telling us what happened that day and it's very disheartening that she is avoiding doing anything about it and letting it continue. I hope something will actually get done about this. I like the owners very much, so it's disappointing seeing one person bring the place down.

He enjoys gymnastics, art, cooking/gardening, Spanish and music each week. It is clear the director and teachers care so much about the kiddos - one of the many benefits of a locally owned preschool. Their communication is also stellar. It's so nice to see photos of what my son is doing during the day. I am so glad we chose to move to My Time!

Now that our son is a color belt, the class is a bit longer and the program is much more structured and discipline which he is responding very well to. All staff, not just the instructors are very nice. They have bring a friend events and parties as well.

I joined Meryl's Zoom group workout class and it made me remember how WONDERFUL it feels to push my body and build strength. Meryl is an excellent coach; even in a group setting of varying levels Meryl knows exactly how to modify every move so that everyone is pushed appropriately. A few months ago my husband and I started personal training together as well with Meryl and it's really taken our training to the next level. Not only has it boosted our physical fitness but I can tell a difference into our confidence in and out of the gym as well. And my clothes are fitting better, which I am extremely happy about. I'm also a big fan of the types of workouts we do with Meryl in general. Each routine is intentional and focused. She's always happy to modify if something doesn't feel right, answer questions, and correct form. We look forward to our workouts every week!

I was a bit skeptical about…read morevirtual training at first, but Meryl is able to keep the workouts varied and effective with minimal equipment. I travel frequently for work and she's able to be flexible with my schedule as well as adapt workouts that are feasible in a hotel room. Meryl was also able to adapt my workouts throughout my pregnancy, from incorporating more yoga /stretching to modifying exercises. I really appreciate that she could change up an entire workout on the fly depending on how I was feeling that day. It made it much easier for me to stay active during my pregnancy, even until late in the third trimester. If you're looking for someone who will be flexible with YOUR fitness goals (in my case, consistency and strength), Meryl is a great choice.
