Once they've taken your money, they completely disappear. Despite advertising a one-year warranty, when I contacted them for assistance they refused to send anyone out. Instead, they lazily redirected me to their website for "troubleshooting," which I had already tried with no success. Zero support, zero accountability. This company is quick to sell but utterly useless when problems arise. The after-sales service is disgraceful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- this is one of the worst service experiences I've had.

Extremely poor fitting of blind. Fitter rushing job, used wrong screws and was going nuts because…read morethe screws were snapping when trying to drill the screws straight into metal instead of drilling a hole first.. He was asked to leave as was really rude to me. Manager apologised and sent a second filter out. When she took the poorly fitting pelmet and blind down, we could see he'd bent the bracket, screws were sticking out of the wall, he'd gone up both sides of my wall with his drill leaving black scuff marks and had ripped the wallpaper.. And he had left it like that, as finished, no apology for the damage done. Second fitter did a better job, and her screws didn't snap!! She asked if she could take photos of the pathetic job he'd done to show to her manager. I got huge apology but that was it,considering the damage done. I will have to paint my whole lounge now as the difference in colour will show if I only paint the sides. So phoned Hannahs blinds back and asked for the cost of some paint, as this negligence on their part... And feel this was more than fare on my part as I could have asked for more.. And I got £20.. Really big of them.. All I can do now is hope that the rips don't show. I wish I'd gone elsewhere and definitely will when I get the rest of the house done. Also wish I'd read the other bad reviews on Trust pilot first and I wouldn't have used them. My advice, avoid this firm

Let me begin with the positive. I was trying to sort out what type of window I had and by…read moreproviding photos and measurements they were helpful in determining the ID. I ordered off the website and we were flying. Then things went a bit sideways. They gave me the wrong tracking number (carrier DPD) which showed the package as delivered. I did not have it so I spent quite some time chasing down DPD - they are a whole other level of horrible- and eventually went back to CBUK with the issue and they provided the correct tracking number. I checked back with DPD. THEY LOST THE BLINDS! Got in contact with CBUK and they sent out a replacement set express delivery. I have not yet fitted them but may ammend this review up if the blinds work out great. However, I will always check to see if DPD is a carrier in any purchases I ever make online again. If they are, forget it!
