I actually placed the order at TDA first, then the second identical order at Fidelity. Strange, only Fidelity was able to execute and complete the Order. TDAmeritrade was not able to execute my order; in fact it is a Day Order, meaning it will stand to the end of today. Additionally, if TDA were to have executed my order I would have been charged a commission of $6.95. At Fidelity, all stock orders are 100% FREE. This is another great advantage. I'm glad I was able to complete my order with Fidelity and not TD Ameritrade.
