We have been waiting patiently for a refund from hinkler flight centre since the end of january,we paid for our trip on the 19th october 2022,decided to cancel end of january as we are pensioners and thought our savings could be put to better use such as feeding us as the cost of living had increased so much .We have had no communication from them what so ever,our flight was over and done with on the 6th of may,the only time they say anything is when we get in touch with them and then all we get is ( When we get our money back you will get yours ),no help to us what so ever .Not happy at all with them ,sincerely Robyn n Harold haigh.
