10/10 for Flexy Cars From start to finish, the sales consultant was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Yes I have already recommended them to friends and family (I used them about a year ago but was not as happy then). Customer Service has most definitely improved to a very high standard.. Well done guys!! I also appreciate the fact that Flexy Cars accommodated an RAC inspection on the Volkswagen Golf 2009. The report from the inspection made a few minor recommendations but nothing of serious concern. Many thanks, Anna read more

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS! The car broke down after 17 days and only 900 miles driven.. the AA recovered the vehicle where on the report it showed that the vehicle had been recorded as having cam belt failure 3 months before they sold me it... The car went into an independent garage and they had the car in for 3 weeks and couldn't find what was wrong with it.. all we know is that it was something to do with the timing chain which could've been that they fitted it with an inferior part or a mistake was made when fixing it but either way it lasted 900 miles and then broke down. I was quoted £12,000 by Jaguar for a whole new engine which they thought it needed! Flexy cars took no responsibility, refused to cover the recovery of the vehicle and insisted it was my responsibility (it legally is not), recovery was quoted at £600 due to distance. Fast forward 12 months and there's too much to mention but long story short, I hired a lawyer and we went through an extremely long winded legal process.. made long by their refusal to meet any of the deadlines, do any of the things the court ordered and constantly avoiding contact, dragging their heels, trying to muddy the waters and create confusion and ultimately getting extension after extension from the court, all the time costing ME the innocent customer who had been sold a duff car more and more money, time, energy and stress. They based their whole defence on the wording my lawyer had used calling it a cam belt fault (which we got from the AA report) when the car has a timing chain. These things are practically exactly the same thing and they were just doing anything they could to avoid responsibility. PLEASE AVOID FLEXY CARS THEY ARE LIARS, DISHONEST, SELL FAULTY CARS AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! I've learnt valuable lessons from this experience but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. They should be shut down in an instant. PLEASE DONT USE THESE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS AND SPREAD THE WORD 0/5 if I could give minuses I WOULD. read more

There are so many things wrong with these under handed people, I do not know where to begin. For anyone reading this who has purchased a car from Flexy, remember that you have the right to have the issue fixed by Flexy as long as you report it within six months. If they refuse, it is then your right to a full refund. Do not let them get away with being cowboys any more! 1. If you see positive reviews, this is because they are pressuring people to leave positive reviews across multiple platforms while they are closing the sale. They did the same to me, offering me a discount for leaving a positive review. If there are any positive reviews from me on other platforms, this is why. This violates the terms of use for all those platforms. Really they should be removed from every platform, but if they were, then you would not be able to see what a bad reputation they had. 2. My review has been seen by over 1050 people, Flexy cars have not bothered to respond further to my complaint or this review. That should tell you, the reader, all you need to know. 3. Within 800 miles of the MOT being carried out by Flexy, all brakes needed to be replaced. Flexy claims car was sold in working order, and it is wear and tear. I reject this. 4. Within 2000 miles of the MOT, all four tyres needed replacing. They said the tyres were sold within legal limits, I reject this. Along side the issue with the brakes, this is beyond suspicious. 5. The AC compressor is not working. When I reported this, I was told it was not covered by the "extended warranty". When I learnt about my rights under the consumer rights act 2015, I went back to them. They said they had no record of my reporting this, and it was therefore not covered. See attached photos to see if this was reported properly. 6. The front axel and rear axel had different sized across the same axel. This is illegal to the best of my knowledge. I have attached photos about this. 7. They were meant to get a cap for the driver's door. They did not fit this by the time I picked up the car. After collecting, upon calling Farook, he fobbed me off saying the person who deals with this is not here, call back Tuesday. 7 months after purchase, I do not have this, despite being given it in writing. Flexy had the audacity to claim it was already on the car when I picked it up. I have attached the photo showing the deposit receipt and Farook's handwriting confirm that he would be sorting this out. If they cannot do something so simple, you have to question what it is they can do. 8. As other reviews clearly state, Farook took ages to process the documents for the V5. Flexy claims any delays were due to "external agencies". I checked with the DVLA during the period in which we were waiting for the V5. They said no application had been received. As it's all done electronically, when my father chased Farook up, it came within a week. 9. I have opened a complaint through the AA, as they are approved used car dealers through the AA. They are meant to follow the ombudsman scheme. However, if I do not receive a positive outcome, I will follow up through the small claims court. I would recommend anyone else who is suffering from these people's shoddy business practices does the same. I will update the review as more develops. In the interim, I recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a car from these people should be seen by a psychiatrist immediately. I have had to spend £2000 on repairs after buying this car from them, I will still have to replace the rear brake discs, and I still need to get the AC repaired. There are other reviews that state similar things, I wish I had read them before buying. read more

See all

I was roped in by the AA dealer promise, few decent reviews and the car gurus award, all obviously fake. Stay away, unsafe unroadworthy cars I am at a loss at to how my car passed MOT. Bald tyres, completely worn brakes, mismatched tyres on the same axle. Promises of parts fixed never happened, v5c had to be chased DAILY, no attempt to rectify any issues, dodgy MOT. My car was wobbly to drive! Issues with ac, missing parts, disguised damage I was unaware of...list is endless All in all setting everything right would be over 3k for a car I paid for over 20k cash. No customer service, instead a deliberate delay in response, a useless "in house" warranty. Salesman told a sob story and now cant even be bothered to respond. A great shame as I had seen another car I was interested in and would have purchased until these issues. Stay away. read more

They are worse than rats. They don't even attempt to be professional. They are the lowest level of human form (the Sales Manager Farooq). Hope someone sorts him out. SOB made promises that he couldn't keep and lied until the end. And yes after the money was paid he changed. So many things I expected were not delivered but I took the car anyway because I had already insured and taxed it and handed over the deposit. Also I didn't want to the see Farooq ugly face again and again or listen to his BS. The car had new scratches and bumps. After 5 weeks DVLA have not received my V5. I called them and they just lie to me and say I need to wait for it. Really avoid this place if you want peace of mind. They are pirates and thieves. They make a living through dishonestly and use references for their religion (Islam) by saying Inshallah and god bless. Shame on these thieves. Not only did you bring shame on yourself but also you family and also your religion. read more

Thank you very much to Fahad who looked after me during the process of buying my Mercedes. Very relaxed environment you are not pressured into purchasing anything and I believe Fahad gave me his honest opinions on any queries I may have had. Bloody awful customer service, booked a test drive for 12 o clock made it clear I was driving all the way from central London and when I got there they had already sold it , not even a courtesy phone call to let us know not to come . Totally unreliable I recommend you don't use them read more

Faulty car sold. After less than a month of purchase, the car would not start. Phone call after phone call and emails, not once did I receive a call back. After numerous conversations with the middleman I was told that the 'decision maker' has basically refused to take liability. This dealership has signed up to the AA promise yet fails to meet the standards, not only that but I did not receive 6mnths MOT as per the aa promise. I was told I signed a 'sold as seen' (which I did to negotiate price of car) to be told today that this means I'm buying the car 'road unworthy'. I am utterly shocked by the response and cannot believe after all the attempts that the so called 'decision maker' has no courtesy to even speak to me. DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDSTERS read more
