I understand (now) that they're going in with a blind needle but they injured a nerve. It is now the middle of January and I am still in a lot of pain. When I called the receptionist was extremely rude (she always is) and all she could say was that's never happened to anyone here & that they go in with a blind needle and acted annoyed that I even brought it up. The injections do help but they are NOT worth the months of pain and discomfort.
