World Class Customer Service like I have not experienced since before retail and industry went to hell after 9/11 !!! The net net. I bought a new Franklin Electric $500 control box, new pressure switch and a new Pentair Flotec $900 1 HP 230vac pump and the "included" control box (I used it and was going to sell the $500 Franklin that was redundant) so the Parts2O included unit melted its starting capacitor and it seemed to have smoked the brand new pump? After including pictures and dialog and full installation references, Customer Service dutifully replace the pump!!!! It even arrived from Flotec (Pentair) 9 days early??? I will hopefully be updating this review when / if I am up and pumping for a few days.
