We worked with bust a move 3 times…read more The first two times were great. The last time was a flaming dumpster fire. They lost some of our valuables, sent some stuff to the wrong city, and took ZERO responsibility. To call it a dispointment would be an understatement. Our family was super upset, and then their insurance compamy wouldn't support without countless materials that were not possible to produce. I would NEVER work with them again. Believe me, I had serious doubts that at the price and all that was promised, that anyone would show up on the day of the move. I was, however, pleasantly surprised, when Max himself called and later showed up like clockwork. 3 people worked super efficiently, and super carefully. After an hour of commute, we reached our new home and again, everything was done smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. 2 hours later, we are done unloading, furnitures assembled in right places and all of this well below my estimated time. During this whole move I chatted with all the guys and they were extremely nice and respectful of everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of their manners, work ethics, efficiency and professionalism.
