The billing department does not reply to emails either. Dont bother trying to call anyone once you are a client, as that is near impossible to get ahold of someone without 10 minutes of hold music, and then a message saying to leave your name and someone will get back to you, if not call back in 10 minutes, over and over. After providing all of the text messages, photos, letters - Kelsey proceeded to rack up the bill to "clean" up pages after pages of evidence. In the end, her team states that payment plan DOES NOT exist and proceeded to use a new hire as an excuse to state "payment plan doesn't exist." After abandoning my case, instilling the fear that "you might lose this case" as I had no one to provide character statements because...abuse isolates you - Kelsey and this firm only reached out to hound me for money and refused to do anything by email - unless it was to remind or threaten me that I need to make a payment.
