I also took a flower arranging class. There were a few too many people in the class, it was crowded and hard to see the instructor and her arrangement. The instructor was excellent, I do recommend it. I had to leave early because my foot hurt and we were standing the whole time. Be aware that you will not be sitting down during 2.5+ hour Class. There were hors d'oeuvres and punch and wine prior to the class, which is fun. They needed a few more seats for the large number of students they accepted for the class. I do recommend the class. We did a summer flower arrangement with gorgeous flowers and they told you how to do everything. It would've helped if the instructor was on a pedestal with her arrangement higher up so we could see her at the other end of the table.
