This salon may work for those wanting a more dramatic lash style, but they clearly don't cater well to clients seeking a natural look. **In response to the lash technician's reply on google:** I was never told initially when I requested a natural look that you don't offer 1:1 classic lash extensions or couldn't achieve the look I wanted based on the images I provided. You only mentioned this after finishing my lashes, and you only tried to fix my lashes when I gave feedback with concern multiple times that my lashes looked way too full and dramatic. You never offered to fix my lashes to make them less full--it was only after I gave feedback asking if there was a way to make them less dramatic and if it was possible to remove some. **Your response was: "You're asking me if it's okay to remove your lashes?" with an attitude, and you said I booked a voluminous lash set. When did you ever mention that during the consultation when I clearly asked for a natural look with pictures? You didn't say that my request for a 'natural' look isn't achievable with your technique. If only you had mentioned that booking a classic full voluminous set wouldn't achieve the natural look I wanted and offered a different technique or attempted a different lash set, instead of ignoring my requests and confidently saying you could achieve the look I wanted based on the two pictures I showed you. I clearly said, "As long as my lashes look like either of these," for example.** Normally, during the initial consultation, lash technicians clearly explain what they can and cannot achieve. The lashes laid evenly and they looked very natural. I am so impressed because most of the lashes were still on three weeks later. The other place that I have gotten my temporary eyelashes done only lasted about a week or two. The price is pretty average of what most places charge, but there are tax and miscellaneous charges on the final bill. They charged for the patch that they apply under your eye during the procedure. I was a little surprised because that should be included in the cost of the service. The sad truth is I can't afford them every month, but I will put them on whenever I go on vacation and when I do, I am definitely going back to Hannah's to see Cydney!
