Meet the Business Owner: Simon H.
As a Chartered Construction Manager, I bring over 18 years of expertise in building surveying and construction project management to the table. Throughout my career, I've spearheaded countless refurbishment projects, adeptly led diverse teams, and diagnosed a wide spectrum of building defects—from the common damp and condensation issues to more complex cases like heave and subsidence. My project portfolio spans from structural repairs of residential properties to large-scale shopping centres in SW London. Furthermore, I've had the privilege of designing and overseeing the creation of public playgrounds in the London Borough of Wandsworth. Proudly, I hold memberships with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
