While I was almost in tears seeing the mess and the damage done to my favorite shoes and black pants, several TJ folks came out to help us in any way they could. I often have to have full 2 minute conversations with shoppers about their behavior as if they are children. All of the parking stalls in the lot are also compact stalls and are not marked as compact. Sometimes I will avoid the store altogether because of their unusually narrow stalls, as I drive a large van. I don't know why the clientele here are so inept when it comes to others. It's very dissuading, not just to shop, but to see society slumping in this fashion. Is it just Silverdale? If I try another Trader Joes in another demographic, I'll report back. Odd experience altogether each time.

The manager, (a ruddy red face woman, late 50's.) was even worse! We tried to explain the card was from our health insurance to purchase healthy foods at grocery stores. She got mad and gave us an attitude like we were trying to rip her off. Gee sorry, we'll go to Town and Country next time.
