Kevin Flesch is Just a horrible Attorney. No transparency, No communication, No accountability, and absolutely no integrity. If you're not a high profile case and don't go to a trial so he can make his $3000 a day at trial you get put in a shoe box and marked low priority. I still have 32 unanswered emails I've sent him. A complete waste of money. The worst experience I've ever had. Don't hire this firm. You will regret it. If you want someone who just sits on his ass and does nothing then hire this kink. He left for two weeks on a hunting trip out of country and never sent me an email letting me know he wouldn't be available. I had a court hearing while he was hunting that he sent his partner to because he was out of country. I show up and I wasn't even suppose to be there. I lost 8 hours of wages from work that day. Then he tells me no one in his office said court that day was unnecessary. This guy is nothing short of a complete cluster shit show. I filed a complaint with the Colorado Supreme Court, Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. Mr. Flesch said he would take my personal injury case when I met with him and paid his retainer. After I left that day I never heard another word about it. That was May 2024. I hired another firm and very happy with the results. Mr. Flesch is just a dishonest con artist of an attorney. He has no skills with compassion for his clients. He only thinks of himself and in my opinion, Not a genuine human being. I learned my lesson with this fraudulent experience. read more

November 2, 2019 was the worst night of my entire life. Long story short, I was sleep driving on the evil insomnia medication, Ambien, which I had been on for 11 years, legally prescribed. I'd had some of the other well-known sleep behaviors such as sleep-walking and sleep-texting, but the driving was a first. I blacked out at a stoplight and I thank God I didn't hurt or kill anyone. I was arrested for DUI-Drugs. As soon as I was out of jail after a grueling and traumatic 36 hours, I researched law firms and remembered Flesch and Beck from their radio ads on the sports talk station I listen to. Because my case was complicated, and because it was immediately obvious that I would be a high-maintenance client, Kevin Flesch took my case rather than assigning it to an associate. He put me at ease--as such as was possible--during our in-person consultation. He told me he knew I would need a lot of hand-holding during what could prove to be a difficult case. I was embarrassed that I was such a needy person, but grateful he recognized it. Kevin went above and beyond answering my dozens and dozens of email messages throughout the three months of representing me. He never said I needed to stop emailing, rather was always encouraging, even when I think we both knew the outcome might not turn out as I wished. Between Kevin's masterful representation and a major miracle that happened with the DMV, he was able to get my charge reduced from DUID to Reckless Driving. Kevin had warned me that to get the charge reduced that significantly would require going to trial and he emphatically told me we would not be doing that--that I couldn't handle the stress, which is completely accurate. So not only was the charge dropped two notches, the punishments were cut in half. And because I was only charged with Reckless, I kept my license (mostly due to the officer not showing at the DMV hearing which we knew was a long shot). Whereas when I first met Kevin I was terrified of being sentenced to jail despite having no priors, he assured me jail would not be part of the punishment. And he was correct. I honestly cannot praise Kevin or his firm enough for his impeccable representation. I am deeply grateful. (I would be remiss to not state that my results may not be typical. I live out of state and sought out legal assistance to settle a matter that occurred while traveling and would affect my ability to commute and work. When I contacted Flesch & Beck Law firm I was put in contact with Lori Beck. She asked a couple of questions about the details of my case. Our phone conversation was brief. She said she would send me a form to sign and agree to services after which she would contact me for payment. She was very prompt with communication thereafter and she had my case dismissed in just a few weeks. At the time of dealing with this matter I was unemployed and Lori kept the legal fees affordable. Lori could not be present for my first court appearance. Since my first appearance was just a pre-trial appearance, it was okay. She told me to let the court know I had hired an attorney, that she could not be there and to request a continuance. I advised her I was just approved for the public defender and if this changes what I should say. It was almost as if all she heard was "public defender". She rudely snapped back with if you want the public defender; I will refund your money. That was red flag number two. She doesn't actively listen or actually hear what is being said/asked of her. Not a good quality in an attorney. Lori assured me she would be present at the next court date. Lori requested the continuance and I did not even have to appear at the first court date. When I asked her about possible defenses; she said she was waiting for the police report. Considering I could go to the records department and get the police report in a day or two; the fact she still has not received it in 11 business days is another red flag. Her communication is also lacking. This was red flag number one. Her own assistant admitted that she may or may not reply to emails and voicemails. I doubted that but; I have personally experienced this. All of the above items combined have created doubt regarding her ability to competently represent me. When I emailed her advising my intention to terminate our relationship; she responded almost immediately asking why, even though she had not responded to a question I emailed her a few days ago. After I told her why I was terminating our business relationship; she went silent again. Keep in mind; this was after she answered a couple of emails. After I asked her for the amount of my refund; she again ignored me and would not respond to my emails. Regarding the refund; she did not know when I would be able to pick it up. For someone who runs a very scheduled day to not know when they can take 5-10 minutes to write a check is ridiculous. My advice is to thoroughly research other attorneys and to think long and hard before choosing Flesch and Beck. read more

I would not recommend Kevin as a lawyer for any reason. I went to see him 4 an accident case where sign fell on my foot in Walgreens,Mr Flesch had me leaving the consultation, pleased that someone was going to help me as Walgreens had denied the claim. Mister Flesch told me don't worry about anything I went through physical therapy with the wonderful surgeon doctor alan Ng for about 6 months Mr. Flesh office would often call for updates he or his paralegal ,eventually I required surgery. Now I started this case in October did six months of pt and within a year I had surgery I will call the office to check on my case always everything's okay don't worry about anything. So I received a letter from the law firm saying they weren't able to help me. I called mr. Flesch he said I needed to bring in the sign that fell on my foot. I asked where am I going to get to sign from because I noticed that Walgreens had changed the way that they had the signs they were actually bolted down after the accident .Which I told him to make a long story short this man waited until I only had less than 90 days to file case and told me he was not able to help me because I couldn't bring in the damn sign that fell on my foot ,what had he done for over ayear ,nothing. Now I have a bundle doctor bills that are out of this world he lied he never tried to help me why didn't he.send an investigator to get the sign he told me that the picture Walgreens sent him the sign was on the floor. well of course it had fell on my damn foot and of course my doctor said from the picture of the sign on the floor it couldn't hurt my foot. So this lawyer blamed it on the wonderful surgeon who had helped me and I'm able to walk on my foot without it swelling .I was not able to follow up with Walgreens because no lawyer will take the case when we were 90 days two year mark. So be careful this man promise me the work. I asked him do you want me to steal the sign he replied whatever you have to do ,you need to sign. Oh my goodness.
