visited Dr. Wyatt four times for painful ingrown toenails and underwent two procedures…read more Unfortunately, I developed an infection after each procedure. After the second infection, I called the office two days later requesting assistance and an antibiotic, but no one returned my call, so I had to see my primary care provider for treatment. I later called to explain that I was taking antibiotics and could not attend my scheduled follow-up. When I recently contacted the office again, the staff member I spoke with made me feel as though I were begging to be seen instead of being a paying patient seeking appropriate follow-up care. Her tone felt dismissive and lacked compassion. Dr. Wyatt himself is amazing--kind, caring, attentive, and professional. I have nothing negative to say about him personally. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the way I was treated by the office staff significantly affected my overall experience. Patients should feel heard and respected, especially when calling about an infection following a procedure.

Dr Whyatt is awesome and instrumental in saving my other half's life. There was little or no pulse…read morein his leg and doc said it needed to be seen by a cardio vascular doctor ASAP if none available go straight to the ER. We made an appointment with a cardio office who wouldn't schedule any tests for 2 weeks. I took him to the ER, they did an ultrasound and immediately admitted him to the hospital. An angio was done and a blockage discovered from above the knee to mid calf. If we had waited 2 weeks who knows where the clot could have gone. Doc Whyatt was right. The office staff is awesome. We are very happy with our visits.

It is two fold: 1. You call and do not get an answer and…read morewhen you do, it is automated answering service asking you for your name and number and they will get back to you. Do not hold your breath, because they do not get back to you. 2. I had an operation on my foot and had a plate installed to keep my big toe straight and the removal of a Bunion. Well long and behold, the big toe is drifting again to the left and has not remained straight. This has created an issue where the skin on my second toe has developed irritation and skin coming off the second digit and scabbing over. This has been continuing for several months but cannot get someone to answer the phone in order to make an appointment. SO; at this stage, I have made an appointment with one of their competitors.

Yes, there often is a bit of a wait time in the office, but this is because Dr. Linn takes the time with each and every one of his patients to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, treatment plan, and any questions or concerns you may have. He is wonderful at explaining things in terms that are clear, concise, and easy to understand. He has treated me for my chronic plantar fasciitis, two foot fractures, and did surgery to repair my extremely damaged big toe joint. He did a wonderful job with my surgery and aftercare and my foot has healed Amazingly well, so much better than I ever expected it to. Thank you so much Dr. Linn!!
