Would not recommend this establishment. My mother, who had had an accident and had been in hospital, returned home to find a bouquet of flowers wedged under her doormat. There was no card included so we didn't know who had sent them. After 5 days, we discovered they had been sent by a family member. My mum was very embarrassed and rang to let the shop know that she received the beautiful flowers but that no card was included in the bouquet (mainly because this was not the first time flowers had been delivered by Flemings and a card had been excluded). When my mum spoke with the owner, the owner refused to accept what had happened, basically accused my mother of lying and threatened to ring the person who sent the flowers to tell them that my mother was lying. I can verify that no card was present as I was with my mother when she received them. The owner's customer service skills are practically non-existent. I am absolutely disgusted that my mother was treated this way, especially after having been in hospital and in a lot of pain. My extended family regularly use this florist, but that won't be happening anymore. read more
