Okay, so this is a local tax place. I done my taxes there last year. Everything went great. I was…read moresatisfied so I decided to go again this year. Worst decision ever. They treat you nice face to face, but I would advise that you double check everything, read fine print, & ask every question so you get every single detail.. Especially on the loans they give. Any other tax place that you get a loan out before your return, they will take it out of your return when you get it. But no, not h&r block. They are billing me monthly, & adding a ridiculous amount of interest. By the time I get my return I will be paying back 3x what I borrowed. They are crooks. I will never do business with them again! Plus I got audit this time for some reason, so it will be longer for me to get my refund. & They get more money. This h&r block in Whitesburg is a fraud. I would not refer them to anyone. If anything I will try & keep people from getting screwed. Oh & I'm not the only one who has had these problems with them.. Go somewhere else. Dont let them scam you.
