I'm so happy that Fayetteville has an upscaled children's store. If you're looking for a discount, big-box store, this is NOT it. Its family-run and has been here forever. However, I do think that they have some idea that since they are upscaled then they have to charge a lot. I have lived in many cities to include Seattle and San Antonio. I expect to pay high prices in stores of the same caliber in those cities but those cities are actually cheaper than in Fayetteville. The Corolle dolls and Zutano clothes among other brands are about 10% more expensive in Fayetteville. With that being said, I am glad that this store is here. I like having nicer brands to chose from. Though we are not locals, I still like to support the local economy more than the big-box stores. Take note owners! It would be nice if you had a website or a Facebook page so we can know about new products or sales. read more

Frankly, I am sad that I am writing this review. This place reminds me of a store that I grew up with in Anchorage, AK. We wanted to love this place, but after two bad visits, we are done. First, my wife went in with my daughter and was looking at a pair of shoes (neutral colors with animals on them), sales clerk finally came over and said "those are for boys", (with an off-putting tone to her voice), My wife was pissed and left. I came back a few weeks later and explained the situation to the manager. I was satisfied that it was a one-time problem. We visited recently looking at furniture for our toddler, same guy that 'assured' me that, they were not perpetuating sexism, or 'pink' and frilly crap is for girls and trucks/planes are for boys.... did not recognize me from my visit with him before, and went on-and-on about gender specific furniture and accessories. I try and be as open-minded as I can be, but our daughters see enough negative crap in the media, do upscale children's stores need to perpetuate this crap too? read more

I am very disappointed with Tiny Town. I ordered convertible crib with dresser chest and book case I also ordered queen rails to convert when my granddaughter got older. Well I ended up with full rails and when I contacted them they said they would look upstairs and see what they could find. Imagine how I felt when they called me 3 days later to tell me I was wrong and that I ordered full-size. I wish I had kept my invoice (my bad). I can't believe instead of looking for queen rails they spent 3 days looking for the invoice just to tell me that I ordered the wrong rails. I would not recommend them. I am not in the habit of writing reviews but this experience was disappointing, especially with how much I spent. read more

Although this place can be very pricey. It is on certain items such as furniture for children but how often are we furniture shopping for a child... The clothes and accessories aren't the worse in price for the quality of the clothes, shoes, hair bows, etc. and they have some great sales going every single time I go to visit this location. The staff provides awesome personal customer service. I can go on ALLLLL day about this place but I prefer that you have your own Grand experience. The first time I went I was in a total "AWE". Then I took my parents and my 5 year old and I literally had to drag all of them out of the store ... LOL read more

I gave two stars because i walked in knowing itd be pricey ive been here 13 years. They are not the only stride rite in town thats a common misconception. The ladies who work here are nice and their clearance isnt bad however: i went knowing they carried jelly the pug and they literally charge double what jelly the pug charges themselves. Shame on tiny town for taking advantage. The prices arent ll bad but it has definitely been the only thing for a while, someone should open one up that doesnt take advantage. read more

Have heard this shop would be a great place to check out for baby stuff. Since I am expecting and my husband only gets Sundays off we thought we would go and see what they might have to offer. Especially since they claim to be open on Sunday. We have been there numerous times and every time they have been closed. Excuse after excuse we have found posted on the door so apparently they do not care if they receive my business or not. My suggestion would be not to patronize these people. If they continually claim to be open online but are closed when you get to the store what else are they going to scam you for. read more
