THE WORST EXPERIENCE. TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I ordered an iPhone 6 in the beginning of May and it arrived faulty. I sent it back to mobilshop3000.de to fix it and I still have not received my phone. Once I contacted the support they told me that they sent it to some RANDOM person's home address and they do not see anything wrong in it. I provided all the shipping details and other evidence where the only address provided is MY HOME ADDRESS. After this, the support stopped replying and put 0 effort in trying to solve this case. read more
