This place should be rated number one worst place to work. They hire anyone to accommodate they work load cause it's constantly a revolving door. Management is terrible has no benefits they don't care about you at all but as long as your work is getting done. Parking is a mile away from clock in spot. Complete waste of time. One of the worst places to work just full of miserable people. I was 1st shift at the Chicago O'Hare location and some Hispanic lady who is lead I guess, was just a terrible person. All she did was whine,complain, and talk about people behind their backs geez. Management is a joke, I mean completely laughable. I got screwed over on two of my checks before that's when I knew it was time to hightail it out of their. Other workers being picky about what car to return like c'mon it's work grab a car and let's get out of here! Being in a van full of miserable people making the day worse. A "lead" who don't make anything better just complain and blame others for anything and try to get certain people in trouble. Whole place full of sawdust for brains people what a joke. And if you do overtime they'll lie and say it's "approved" then once you get your check it's not showing. Then tell you a bs excuse why. read more

Similar to the military this employer will treat you like a number and abuse their employees for the $$. When I was promoted to be a lead I took a group of cars to CAMP PENDLETON but first had to make sure all my employees were squared away with the proper credentials to enter the base and deliver the cars. Spending 30 minutes waiting for my drivers to get their credentials at the corporate office above before making the 1.5 hour long trip each way. We were not provided with maps, gps, just a piece of paper giving an address. When I placed it into my personal GPS it ended getting me lost inside the base, I went on google and search for the Enterprise address and got directions to it and it took me up into the Camp Pendleton hills getting me lost again. (Total time lost = 30 minutes) When I arrived back I had a write up waiting for me for being gone for 4 hours! I itemized to the supervisor the whereabouts and times including the 30 minutes corporate office visit and us clocking out to lunch totalling only 3 hours for the trip. Then I pointed out that I had called said supervisor at the time of being lost to let her know the situation and that the travel time to and from Camp pendleton according to Google maps amounted to about 2.5 hours. The write up stood because the rental car supervisor had asked "I havent seen .... in a couple of hours" proving that before they took my side of the story they mindlessly gave a write up. I had written statements and collaberative statements from my 8 person crew but the write up still stood. When I tried explaining my self to the rental car supervisor and assured him I was not slacking off another write up came down on me for "arguing with the supervisor". I walked up to the supervisor and apologized and told him I did not mean to make it sound like I was arguing he told me that he had NEVER told my supervisor I was arguing and he DID NOT understand why I was written up. Shortly after I resigned from lead position despite the fact that all my crew was asking me not to because they said I was a great lead with things like coming in to work early to go pick up employees at the designated employee parking lot about 4 blocks away so they did not have to walk or be late to work. Not having faith or trust in my supervisor nor manager I submitted my 2 week notice and had a job waiting for me at a respectible automative company. read more

Very much enjoy working here. It is hard work but I appreciate everyone that works there and their support. This is a 24/7 operation that does all it can to foster a culture of honesty and respect in an industry that has an extremely high sense of urgency. Are you not very bright? Are you someone who has to be supervised at all times and told what to do multiple times? Then Fleetlogix is the place for you. Do you have zero respect for authority? Fleetlogix. No regard for the property of others, certainly not a client's? Fleetlogix! Feel like the rules don't apply to you or enjoy taking 2 hour lunches....although you are only supposed to take 30 minutes? Fleetlogix!! Have you never had an original idea in your life but feel completely comfortable stealing others ideas and passing them off as your own? Then Fleetlogix is the place for you! For the slow kids in the class this place is awful. Upper management has a closed door, hands off policy....unless you actually care and try to do a good job....then they will root you out and get rid of you. If you need a job to get your parole officer off your back or just want to underachieve for a while then this is the place to work. Now on the flip side, are you a car rental company hoping to bring on a team of drivers that will respect your assets? Then Fleetlogix is NOT for you. They will drive your vehicles as bad if not worse than your customers. They will ding, dent and bang your cars up and then park them in the car wash like nothing happened. The Fleetlogix "team" members could not care less about your companies assets and the "management" team will only care if you make them. Sadly, like roaches, herpes and gypsies you will never get rid of Fleetlogix once you have contracted them. They will stick to you like a rash, like poor in the ghetto Fleetlogix will be there darkening your door day in and day out. read more

Terrible company, terrible pay, terrible management, terrible working conditions, laid for no apparent reason and the one who lays you off can get fired two days after. This applies to the San Jose, Burlingame, Offices which serve San Francisco International Airport, the Oakland International Airport, and the San Jose International Airport, and any minor airports within the Bay Area, perhaps, the Sacramento Airport. All airports in the State of California and perhaps the United States, have raised the minimum wages for any job including a janitor (which is hard work) to a living wage in order to live in the City that the visitors the airports serve. They want their workers to be happy. If the employer which works on or off site does not offer health benefits the wages have to be higher. This is one of the worst companies ever. It seems that none of the management less the employees have any business training. They do not work efficiently. They work with endless bits of papers, that have no means to be duplicated. They have no office but work in the parking lots, in the airports car rental sites. The job is car shuttling. One of the tricks the company used was to direct me wrongly, and cause intentional delay, only to get one of the co-workers angry and hateful, "You're holding everybody up!" In fact, a family member or associate of the facility which is not a part of the Union run rental car company, intentionally directed me to park incorrectly. Later, he or a manager entered a vehicle and turned on the motor, with the keys in the ignition, then locked it. Was that intentional? No one took responsibility. A managers lunch was found on the opposite side of the vehicle. They break motor vehicle codes, traffic codes, labor laws, anti wage theft laws, prohibit the employee from taking a real lunch which means getting away from the employer for at least a half hour, and they don't supply the tools which are necessary to perform the job. And they are as mixed up as possible. They cause confusion, fail to explain clearly just about anything, and contradict, and will become angry when an employee inquires. If you don't want them to give you legal advice, stay away. They break the Federal laws, and it seems as if some of the employees are not keen on being on board as workers. The employees put on makeup while at work, receive cell phone calls, chat on their cell phones perpetually throughout the day, and worst of all, they break the speeding laws. So while driving, they run the car rentals greater than 65 miles an hour, often exceeding 85, but management won't correct that. read more

Fleetlogix is a awesome company to work for! They interactively attempt to make employees feel as if they are part of the work family.
