Being a flat lander I struggle getting used to the steep entrance, exits and parking spaces so I have to constantly remember to set my parking brake, these are not areas that you want your car to roll backwards after you jump out in anticipation of what's inside. We were given one little pack of butter. Then asked for a "few" more butter packs, and were handed one. Upon leaving, we realized that there was a plain bagel in place of the croissant we ordered. We went in to rectify it and were greeted with an adamant wretched attitude insisting that we had ordered two bagels. I like walking around once in awhile but it is almost not worth going here anymore. Not many stores that interest me anymore. They have a subway, chili fila and a Chinese place. Not sure if any other places but very limited not a good court like other malls. There is a pretty big shoe store. My favorite place is Marshalls & bath and body works. Outside there is a AMC movie theater & dollar tree not inside the mall. Unless you have a specific store to go to it's really not worth walking around inside anymore. It's a shame. Malls will be a thing of the past eventually people are shopping on line instead. I personally like walking around and seeing the item before I buy. I hope they can get some new places in to open up soon.

I do enjoy the fact that the design on all the walls showcase the history of Cleveland county. I always find it interesting and I can't help myself but stare everytime I visit. There is a Chick-fil-a inside, so be warned when you first enter it smells absolutely delicious.
