To put her at ease I introduced myself and told her where I lived. I mentioned to her that I'd driven past this place and wondered what it was. She told me to make myself at home and to feel free to look around and take photos if I'd like.I saw some very old oil cans, extremely old large photographs of people long passed.If you can imagine it ; it's likely there.The nice lady also informed me that local cotton is routinely used to further decorate various pieces. That's just Southern Hospitality in these parts and is expected. My wife won a very nice complete set of professional baseball cards in the original box and wrapping. I believe there were 189 cards. Even at 8pm, it was a little busy. After a quick stop in the Walmart, I locked up the Sprinter van and tried to get a night's sleep. This Walmart tolerates overnight RV parking and that's what I did as my van is converted. However, it was not to be. After two "burnouts" in the parking lot, I opted to move along to somewhere else. The shopping center is anchored by the Walmart. There is also a Dollar Tree, liquor store, mobile phone store, pizza, shoes, nail salon and a bunch more. Upon my arrival the very first thing that caught my attention were the beautiful red Begonias! I've never seen that many together in one place! It was quite striking! The nice guy who waited on me carried the potting soil that I had bought all the way to the end of the parking lot and put the bag in my floor board! I offered to pull my car closer to the loading zone but this nice man told me that was unnecessary and that he didn't mind at all! While I was in a brief conversation with the person who took care of me I was informed that business there was really good and that they were doing expansion! Although these prices seem high; they are very much inline with other builders. The used building I looked at was 12,295 USD. It's a large one; 12 by 32 feet. It still looks new. Everything has greatly escalated in price everywhere, every item. The builders of these buildings have seen their material prices skyrocket and have to adjust their prices accordingly. I saw a lot of nice structures and took a couple of pictures. They offer delivery and set up with each purchase.
