I used to really love going to this salon it had a friendly fun vibe , but over the last few months there have been a lot a lot of changes and staff politics which unfortunately and unprofessionally have had an impact on the clients.
I made an enquiry on line on the other day, which was on behalf of somebody who usually uses another salon very close by.
Before Flawless even replied to my enquiry or asked me for any further information, they contacted my regular stylist, who has since moved on to another local salon, she then contacted me worried that I was unhappy with her, despite the fact I have been going to her for over two years. I then had to explain this very awkward situation to her.
I should never of been put in this situation and it is certainly not the the professional behaviour I would expect from a salon owner. In my opinion this was spiteful and also a complete breech of confidentially.
I can honestly say after this i would be far too embarrassed to ever step foot in Flawless again because of how they have made me now feel.
I did contact Dani on line, to say how shocked and upset I was over her actions, I gave her an opportunity to try and rectify this situation, but all i got was a very insincere apology and was left feeling ridiculed by them.
