I had Iceberg come out once a year to do a check up on the System. Then Hurricane Milton hit in October, 2024. The area was flooded including my yard. We were with out power for 4 days. When power was restored my air conditioner did not start up. The ductwork was flooded and the unit did not start. The ductwork was changed out, and the old control module was on the blower motor was changed out for a new one. The blower started, but hardly any air was coming out. Two technicians came out to work on it, but still no air. I was getting angry when IceBerg sent out Vick Bazan, one of their senior technicians. After trouble shooting the unit for over an hour, he resolved that the new controller module was faulty. He also cleaned the evaporator coils. The air conditioning unit now works like a champ. I recommend IceBerg air.

We had an issue with our AC, we had a flyer in the mail from this company so we called. We should have looked up the reviews first. This company needs to be put straight out of business!!! I don't know who the F these people think they are. We signed up for the maintenance plan, $33/mo. Reason we got this is because wanted to have twice a year maintenance covered, with free filters, no service charge, etc. We scheduled the first check, the guy said we needed to replace AC capacitor because it was old and not working, cost was $550 and took him less than 3 minutes to install. We looked at Home Depot. Lowe's and Amazon, the part is only $30-$50. I asked to speak to a manager because that's absurd, manager gives me so BS standard statement about service, labor, warranty and knocks off $125 from the price. Then the guy comes in and says the second unit capacitor needs replacing, we told him to put it back. The guy leaves and he didn't even check/replace a single AC filter. A week or so later, I called to cancel the service and was told someone would be calling to discus the cancellation. Next day, my card was charged for $33. I called again, was told someone would call me back. Two weeks later, my card was charged $33 AGAIN. I called, this time demanding a manager. Manager proceeds to tell me that you cannot cancel maintenance plans because of the smart home AC device. I was like come pick it up or I will mail it. She says they can't be returned, you have to pay for them. What the actual F???? None of the guys that came to do maintenance said anything about not being able to cancel or not being able to return equipment. I hung up and dealt with the situation thru my bank. This company is running a scam operation. UPDATE: there is no way for me to reply to the comment below. This information is FALSE, not a single person reached out to explain membership or cancellation. As I mentioned above, I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED!

They speak English and Spanish they took about 5 hours for a two story house it cost about $1,200 for the deep cleaning they did. They went into every vent in the house and vacuumed it even the dryer vent. I've never been able to see into my vents till now lol. They also changed the vent filters, they said after this they can some every 6 months for maintenance which would just cost I think 300-600 depending on the work load. I do recommend tapping things over because your house will be filled with dust after.... Like a lot lol so be prepared to clean up after because obviously there's gonna be dust all over. I would recommend getting this done on a day you have nothing to do and in the morning so you have the rest of the day to clean! Over all we will be calling them for the maintenance we think it's a great price and they really were sooo kind and nice!

When it gave up in July, we called their 24-hour number in the middle of the night, and somebody was there to work on it by late afternoon the next day.
