I am not a vapor nor a smoker my need for a non-opid solution to my chronic back pain. Flavor Vapor offers a full line of CBD solutions for people like me. Furthermore, I chose Flavor vapor based on their reputation and their experience. They are the oldest most highly rated vapor store in McAlester. It has been nearly a month since I have had to use my prescription pain medication and the fact that I went from eight-teen pills a day to ONE! So, if it is vape or CBD you need; Flavor Vapor is your best choice in McAlester. read more

Very terrible place. I went in there and the manager that works there knows nothing about the products. Everything he said was ignorant in my opinion. I do not recommend this place for anything, e-juice or vapor equipment. read more

While visiting the area I stopped in with an old friend who wanted to stop smoking. ...What a cool place! I have to say I wasn't sure about this whole thing initially but now I know 4 people who have quit smoking using this process. My friend loves the flavors and the quality and I am thankful that she is healthier because of it! Keep up the good work guys! Kim Y. read more

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had…read more First off, we live in Wilburton and called to see if someone could come measure and give us estimates for new kitchen countertops. The lady told my husband we would have to drive to McAlester and give them our measurements. No other information was provided. So I drove to McAlester and gave our measurements. Her first words were, we require full payment up front and then we will come measure. She asked what I was interested in and I said a wood-type countertop. She handed my measurements back to me and said "We only do granite, quartz, blah blah". I said, "I visited your website and saw wood so I thought you also did that type work." She then said, "I told *** (my husband) that we only did granite, etc." I then said, "he had you on speaker phone and you never said that. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving here had you said that." And then she puts the full blame on my husband for not asking the question, although the website shows wood. Who does that??? I told her the website wasn't clear and I didn't realize the pictures of wood were for flooring until she told me. Who has a shoddy website without details??? She didn't try to show me what was available or even attempt to make a sale. Hey, I'm easy, open to options, and have the money but she didn't even try. She certainly missed a great opportunity. She was the most condescending woman in a business I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. We got with Tulsa Granite located in Wilburton and have decided to do quartz. They are most appreciative of our business and have treated us with utmost respect, unlike Trinity. So, you may want to make a drive to Wilburton to do business with folks that truly want your business. They guaranteed they could beat Trinity's prices by a lot anyday so it is definitely worth a drive to Wilburton. No one paying good money for a product and service should settle for substandard disrespectful treatment at Trinity. So beware.
