I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!! They buy stolen items and then do not do anything to make sure they are not stolen and if the owner of the actual item comes in and inquires about their stolen property with them they then become very aggressive, lie, and disrespectful to the victims in the situation. They purchased my husband's wedding ring that was stolen from him, we went in with pictures of the ring on my husbands hand and they exclaimed that oh the diamonds were taken out and it was melted down there is nothing we can do. Then we had a friend who had pawned things with this company, the pawn shop knew this gentleman very well, this man was in an accident and was in a coma. My husband and I went in to try and pay off his pawns but they would not let us they only said that we had to pay the interest or he would lose his items. So all they cared about was getting money from a man that was in a coma and couldn't pay it and they would of been willing to take it from him if someone wouldn't pay his interest. Why not let us pay the item off for this person while he was in a coma just makes me sick! Last week I found one of my stolen chainsaws that they stupidly put on their website. I went into the store the next day with my serial number of my stolen chainsaw and asked the person (cant call her a lady because she sure didn't act like one that day and with the many dealings I've had with her she has never been one) if they had this specific chainsaw and she said that she didn't have it anymore. I asked if I could compare the serial numbers to the one I had stolen and she told me no and to get out of her store. Long story short I walked right outside and called the cops who then retrieved MY stolen chainsaw and 2 other stolen chainsaws from their pawn shop that was also stolen from another tree outfit in my town. This business has NO ethics and does not care if they are purchasing stolen items from people or not. And just an FYI every Stihl and Husqvarna item IS registered and it is not hard at all to find out if they have been put it he database as stolen not to mention that my husband went in their pawn shop 4 times inquiring about this saw as it was stolen in sept 2016, and for some dumb reason the guy that stole it put it in for pawn instead of sell it so he must of been paying interest on it until he skipped town a couple weeks ago. So they had our stolen chainsaw for over a year and not one time when we went in did they say they had it! So if you have any items, heirlooms, tools of the trade for your livelily hood stolen I would recommend you go there and look for the item or look on their website and if you do see something that is yours step outside call the cops and have your proof so they can confiscate it. As I said I went in with proof twice with them and they wouldn't even consider helping out the victim of theft. read more
