When confronted with this info he does a "retaliation bid" which is half the amount he originally bid, in an effort to reduce the amount the insur. would pay. That didn't work so then he said he'd file a lien against my property unless I paid the $4000 estimate in full that same day. Needless to say, I've taken legal measures against him, including reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this con artist, he's out to get your money, contract or no contract. He's full of hot air and intimidation tactics. Even the MT Secretary of State said he has no case if there is not a written contract. He harassesses me daily with phone calls and emails. He is not an ethical businessman, and that is putting it mildly. BEWARE!
