If you are considering hiring this firm, I strongly recommend paying close attention to how billing…read moreand communication will be handled. I ultimately spent over $9,000 for very limited progress on my case. My initial conversation with Oscar was positive and professional, which gave me confidence in hiring the firm. However, after retaining them, communication quickly became confusing as multiple people were emailing me about the case, making it difficult to understand who was actually responsible. From the beginning I repeatedly explained that I could not afford extensive litigation and wanted the scope of work to remain limited. Despite this, the billing escalated quickly and included charges from several staff members for tasks like reviewing documents, organizing files, and internal communications. In the end, the primary work completed was filing a notice of appearance, a motion for extension of time, and an answer with affirmative defenses. After those defenses were filed, the plaintiff submitted a motion to strike them. I was never notified by the firm about this filing and only discovered it myself after checking the federal court docket. By that time the response deadline was already approaching. Because the legal costs had already become too high, I had no choice but to ask the firm to withdraw and continue the case on my own. After spending more than $9,000, I ultimately found myself defending the case pro se anyway. In hindsight, I wish I had remained pro se from the start and avoided the significant financial burden.

Life-Changing Representation After My Motorcycle Accident…read more I can't say enough good things about attorneys David Chonin and Brian Breiter. I was riding my motorcycle on Alton Road in Miami Beach on my way to work when a Bobcat tractor suddenly turned into me, leaving me with a broken leg and a long road to recovery. It was a terrifying, painful experience but David and Brian made sure I never faced it alone. David Chonin came to the hospital to meet me personally something I'll never forget. From that first moment, I knew I was in the hands of people who genuinely cared. Throughout the entire legal process, David was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small or complex. He kept me informed, reassured, and focused when things felt overwhelming. I chose the Law Offices of Brian Breiter because they are experienced trial lawyers that are not afraid to try cases. The insurance companies know this. Brian and David worked tirelessly on my case, preparing the case for trial. On the eve of trial, they secured a settlement far beyond what I ever expected. Their dedication, legal expertise, and strategic approach made all the difference. If you're injured and don't know where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They're not just great lawyers they're compassionate advocates who will fight for you like family. Thank you, David and Brian, for everything.

He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and hard working. We're living in the time when immigration laws and policies evolve rapidly, and I can tell that Mr. Otten actively follows all those developments to ensure his advice is fully aligned with the current requirements. Long before consulting with Mr. Otten, I had to go through a situation where a tiny mistake led to years of delays with immigration services. If I could go back in time, I woul have fully entrusted my case to him and his team from the very beginning. From now on they are my go to resource on immigration issues. The lesson I learned: don't leave your legal matters to a chance, work with a professional from start. I would like to thank Mr. Otten and his team again for the seamless experience and recommend them to anyone seeking for advice or representation.

I was initially told that an uncontested divorce would cost approximately 7,000 dollars, while a contested divorce would cost around 14,000 dollars with a monthly payment plan. However, my case lasted nearly two years, and I ultimately paid approximately 21,200 dollars in legal fees. In my experience, many of my conversations with the attorney and his assistant focused on payments and legal fees, while I often felt my questions and concerns about the case were not adequately addressed. I informed my attorney before mediation that my ex-husband might file for bankruptcy. During mediation, when that possibility was raised, I felt pressured to agree to the divorce without pursuing additional financial claims. I felt my interests were not fully represented. At the end of the case, I did not receive some of the outcomes I had expected and left with a significant financial burden. I finished this process feeling emotionally exhausted, financially overwhelmed, and unsupported. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion. Based on that experience, I do not recommend this law office...
