DO NOT hire. We recently hired this company to clean the house we were renting as we purchased a new home. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with upfront but they are not very good at what they do.
Two people arrived, we walked them through expectations, then we left them to clean while we headed over to the new place. We waited about 4 hours, and my wife called to check on progress and to arrange a trip back to pay them - they did not answer. A little while later they called back and said they had left the house, said they'd email us a bill. We got a bill for 5.5 hours, which seemed like too many hours, but whatever. The next day when we walked the house with the landlord, we discovered the fridge and sink were not cleaned, no drawers or cabinets were wiped and they had not run the self-clean on the oven - among other things. I tried reaching them after this discovery, sending them an email with details on what they missed, and finally after a few days caught them on the phone (they'd been meaning to get back to me). When I explained my dissatisfaction, the owner was nonchalant telling me "cat hair is tough" and refused to accept any accountability for their oversights other than "I guess we missed that too". She said they'd come by at a $5/hour discount to finish the job. No thanks, I'll do it myself. She said they are busy, so maybe others are happy with their service. We were going to use them for our new house and were prepared to recommend to a friend who was looking - but we'll choose someone else. You should too. read more
