And yet somehow I attempted to make my website using a now defunct website builder and it definitely showed. I was in need of a new website for yearsssss and then I met Daniel and his team and they turned it around so fast that before I knew it, I had a professional page that was easy to navigate and really pretty. :) And speaking of professionalism, Daniel is top notch. He has a great way of explaining what is needed in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot (remember I don't speak the language). However, over several months, I made several requests for updates and adjustments that unfortunately were never completed, even after following up multiple times. Because of that, I decided to cancel the service -- not due to the quality of the website itself, but because I believe Jonathan may be overwhelmed and could use additional support to keep up with client requests. He did agree to refund the last month's payment (around September), but as of now, that refund hasn't been processed, and communication has been limited.
