They were kind and caring and helpful through the whole process and made it as easy as possible to pick out what we needed for our mom's passing. They even said if there is any point in which we need our mom's ashes split into more containers for a service by the ocean with a dissolvable urn or if we want to use some for a tattoo or a nice gift for our grandmother, they will always be available to do that anytime we need. That is a very nice and helpful service for us since we do plan to split ashes at some point. They also provided us with the death certificates quickly, which was so helpful, as well. It was such a simple and straightforward process, which is so appreciated. Thank you to those who helped us through this difficult process. It means a lot to have a group of people who are so kind and warm to help with this type of service.

It was somber and very personal so I see why someone would choose to go this route. It opened my eyes to a different view of the traditional process of a funeral.
