I have lived at Flamingo Point since August 2025. What follows is an honest account of what this property actually is, versus what it claims to be. Start with the basics: there is no functional package management system. Deliveries are dropped on open floors accessible to anyone in the building, and theft is a routine outcome. When you bring this to management, you are met with silence. You are then left to file claims with the carrier yourself -- a process that takes weeks and rarely ends in your favor. This is not a one-time failure. It is the standard. The property markets itself as a peaceful community for working professionals. That description has no relationship to reality. There is a consistent and visible presence of drug use, drug dealing, solicitation, and chronic late-night disruption throughout the building. If you are a professional, a family, or simply someone who values a quiet home, you will find yourself in an environment that is fundamentally at odds with everything you moved in expecting. Law enforcement responds to this building on a near-weekly basis -- routinely with multiple units -- for incidents including robbery, domestic disturbances, and worse. This is not occasional. It is the rhythm of the place. Rules exist, but they are enforced selectively based on personal relationships with management staff. Balcony smoking is widespread and near-universal, yet complaints are only acted upon for residents with connections in the office. Policy here is not a standard applied equally -- it is a social tool. Everyone else is on their own. The elevators are a daily ordeal. Multiple units per tower are out of service at any given time, often for weeks on end. Maintenance staff use the same elevators residents do rather than designated service elevators, reducing available capacity further. On top of that, the building's cleaning operations are consistently scheduled during peak commute hours, with staff occupying the elevator banks in full force at exactly the times residents most need to get in and out. When you already have several elevators down, this makes basic movement through the building genuinely unreliable. The units themselves are sold as newly renovated. They are not renovated in any meaningful sense. The materials throughout are the lowest grade available -- substandard countertops, vinyl flooring, the cheapest fixtures imaginable, no garbage disposals, and floors that are visibly unlevel. The washer and dryer are placed directly in the living area with zero acoustic separation, meaning the noise from a laundry cycle competes with everything else happening in your home. The interior doors between rooms are thin enough to be nearly useless, and the front door to the unit transmits hallway noise so thoroughly that privacy is largely an illusion in both directions. The management staff is where all of this originates and where none of it gets resolved. Communication is largely inaccessible, and when contact is made, it is dismissive. The attitude from the office is one of indifference at best and open disrespect at worst. Complaints go unacknowledged. Problems compound. The staff does not reflect any standard of professional property management, and the property shows it in every dimension. I moved here based on how this building presents itself. The gap between that presentation and what you actually get is not a minor discrepancy. It is complete. I would not recommend this property to anyone. One last note worth adding: the maintenance staff themselves will tell you, candidly and unprompted, how bad the state of this property is. These are the people deployed daily to bridge the gap between what management promises and what actually exists -- and they are left holding that impossible distance alone. They are not the problem here. They are the clearest evidence of it. When the people tasked with keeping a building functional are openly commiserating with residents about how broken everything is, that tells you everything about where the dysfunction originates and how deep it runs. To management: spare the carefully worded public reply expressing how deeply you value resident feedback and how this has been escalated to the appropriate team. That response is written for prospective tenants scrolling reviews, not for me, and we both know it. There is no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability coming -- there never has been. Looked into renting here and was extremely turned off by the pushiness of the leasing agent. After reading the reviews both here and on google, it is clear that they are pushing some kind of leasing scam where they get you to sign a lease at one rate, then under the guise of renovating your apartment they then raise your rates. On top of that, every single thing here is an extra fee, down to the most basic level of gym access (and it is a per person fee). There is also a monthly parking fee per car (nothing is included), a monthly pet fee, and apparently all sorts of other nonsensical fees. Flamingo Point receives no stars. We lived there for 13 months and finally could not take it any longer. Was stuck in the elevator 3 times, once as long as 3 hours. Also security failed as we reported to management on numerous occasions with video footage of people on the property that did not belong, video footage of people coming out of storage units with suitcases and all hours of night and day and numerous other security issues that all went on deaf ears. This is not the place where you get what you pay for. On the top of the rent you pay extra for parking, gym, some other 40 extra charges. Expect your bill to be 400-500 more than rent. And the overcrowded pool with attendees who do not speak English. Not recommending this - avoid at all cost. My packages are REGULARLY delivered to the wrong apartment the front desk and gym personnel know nothing about anything that's going on in the property. The only nice benefit here is moonlit yoga several times a week. I am deeply disappointed. For example today: ordered a tire pump to inflate my tire to be able to get it to my mechanic at 2:30pm same Day. Package was delivered at 10:58am. No one can find it, no one will one will help. No one cares at all that they are costing my time, energy effort and money. I am sorry to say that my experience with Flamingo Point Residence apartment in Miami Beach has been extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating. As a resident, I have faced numerous issues that have not been resolved by the management. From the first day, I moved in, the flash in the toilet did not work, and it took them three days to fix it, despite the management's assurance that the apartment was completely renovated and everything was new. However, the problem continued to persist, and it was just the beginning of a series of frustrating experiences. On one occasion, someone brought trash in front of my door and left it there, which happened twice. When I reported the incident to the management, they ignored my complaint and did not even let me see the camera records to catch the person who harassed me. The issue was never resolved, and I felt extremely unsafe in the complex. Another significant problem arose when I lost my expensive package because the management was not able to provide a safe place for deliveries. Despite my complaints, they never even tried to help me find my package, which was a huge disappointment. The management team at Flamingo Point is extremely rude and unprofessional, and it doesn't matter how many times you request to talk to the general manager or someone in a higher position. They will never be in contact with you and will completely ignore your complaints, putting all responsibilities on the maintenance team. The leasing office may be polite until you sign the lease, but after that, they become rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Recently, my AC has not been working properly, and it has been two weeks since I first reported the issue. The maintenance team has tried to fix it several times, but it still does not work. Instead, they put an old, noisy, temporary AC in my apartment, which doesn't work properly at all, and the temperature inside the apartment is 78 degrees Fahrenheit. When I asked them to change it, they completely ignored me, and I have been living in horrible, health-threatening conditions for the last two weeks. They informed me that the AC company representatives would come once on Monday, which means I have to survive in 78-80 F temperature for another two days. Also I emailed several times and never got response from officials of Flamingo Point. Despite my repeated requests to talk to managers, they have never called me back or emailed me with an official response or apology. When I talked to the maintenance guy, he said he could not do anything to fix the AC. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially considering the high rent I pay of $4000 for a one-bedroom apartment. I highly do not recommend anyone to live here at all. Flamingo Point has the worst management I have ever seen in my life. Despite the management saying the property is secured you can see a lot of strangers inside the complex, especially in the pool area, which is very concerning. The nice and polite management representatives are all fake, and they literally do not care about you after you sign the lease. I urge everyone to read the reviews on Yelp and Google, which are true and with evidence. I did not read the reviews and it was my mistake. Flamingo Point is a terrible place to live only cause of horrible management , with a 2.5 rating that speaks for itself. In conclusion, if you are considering signing a lease with Flamingo Point, please read the reviews carefully before deciding. For the price they charge, the management must provide excellent luxury service, as they represent themselves on their site. Unfortunately, it is all lies. Every time I come to the office (3 times only) she smacks her desktop, raise her voice, whips his things on the desk and insults... when we first moved in 18 months ago the staff, service, and cleanliness were very good. that is when they were trying to lease a lot of units at once i guess. For example, today there have been the same Christmas tree needles in the elevator and elevator lobby for five days without anyone cleaning it up. the garage has always been filthy dirty despite us being promised that it would be cleaned "soon" when we were first moving in. if you send an email for service you do not get anything except an automated reply. no one adheres to any of the guidelines in the service request such as contact resident first. then there is the package delivery room. complete and utter chaos. many many packages get lost there. the gym looks nice but when a piece of equipment needs repair it takes several months. at $90 per person per month this is an expensive gym yet it is run like a $19 gym. the staff is very nice but ineffectual. lastly, there is no security at all. a neighbor had his Lamborghini stolen from the valet parking area. since that area is "attended" 24/7 it is hard to imagine. security is a joke here. despite the doubling of rents here the quality has deteriorated significantly. many people leave as soon as their lease expires. read more

I'm shocked by the management of this complex. There are only 2 tables with charging systems in the work area and one was occupied. I wanted to sit down for the second one and some idiots came who sell board games. As a result, you can't work at your desk because some bearded idiot is trying to sell board games and he doesn't want to go to one of the 6 FREE sofas that don't have the charger you need for your laptop. They make noise and interfere with work, and the complex simply doesn't care. But when I sat and worked quietly with headphones on at my laptop after 11 at night, I was kicked out of this territory. In addition, this seller took 6 chairs out of 8 on the work tables, although he used one chair for sitting and 1 chair for a backpack. Be aware! Be scared! Be forewarned! The rent raising scheme at the Flamingo is so so unfair. They sign you to a lease at market rate, and then anytime they like, the give you a 60-day notice saying a) you need to move out so they can 'renovate' and b) after two months you can move back in with your rent increased $800-$1200 a month. They do this both with individual apartments, entire floors and last year even vacated an entire tower to renovate. Your lease does not guarantee what you pay or how long you will live here. 100% at their mercy. They talk about "market rates' but this isn't a month-to-month. If you sign a two year lease, it should be honored and then they can jack the rent and do a renovation when the lease is over. I mean, who wants to be living in a place where on any given day, there could be a notice taped to your door saying 'get out in 60 days'. Who wants to live with that uncertainty hanging over their head? That worry? And it's all anyone ever talks about in the elevators, so you can never stop worrying about it. Very, very stressful. Residents put up with all this construction nonsense, this noise, these relentless fire alarms, these elevators -- all on the promise that it will 'all be over soon and you'll be living in the nicest building in South Beach' ... only to discover, as I said above, that after you've tolerated it all, they're going to kick you right out of your apartment and tell you your rent is going up $1,000+/month if you want to move back in two months later, with no regard for the original length of your lease or the amount in your lease. Not cool at all. Make sure you ask the leasing agent about getting kicked out for a renovation before you sign your lease. I moved here with a friend and he pays all the rent but I can't access the building on my own or use the amenities because I don't have credit history. My friend has tried everything he can to speak to management about this and they refuse to help. I got a secured credit card and am working to build credit now but it's going to take maybe 6 months to generate a FICO score. We'll probably have already moved out by that time. We like to go swimming and I can't use the pool on my own because I'm not on the lease and a qualified resident because of my lack of credit history. we have quite a few friends who live in other buildings in south beach who are very happy. Here at Flamingo Point almost all the tenants hate it and cannot wait for their leases to end and we now know why. Only reason we moved here is because it was easy, Flamingo always seems to have vacant apartments whereas other building have little or nothing open. Price wise Flamingo is more expense, no question. The remodel they did is nice. We came to look at an apartment and they had had 8 vacant units to show us. I repeat vacant. We saw all the horrible reviews and when we talked to other building managers they are all aware how bottom of the barrel Flamingo Point is. They say that Flamingo Point needs to rip people off, its ROI (return on investment), the owners are bending tenants over to get their investment back from the remodel. Pretty funny. Further, majority of buildings in south beach and in Miami include a parking space and the gym, not Flamingo. You pay for parking, you pay if you want to use the gym, and tons of other little random charges each month. I am surprised they don't charge for the overcrowded pool lol. Also, there are so many dogs parts of the common areas smell like a sewer. You need a gas mask to walk around on some hot days. Many other better building to live at in the area, avoid this place at all costs. Also, thin walls, you can here neighbors having sex and people are regularly having loud parties on their balconies. The grounds look OK, but never even think about taking pictures of someone (even your relative) there with anything bigger than your phone (if it looks like a photoshoot to them - know: you, Instagram addicts are not welcome there, they'll only tolerate you if you're using the phone). They'll call the police on you. Not joking. Police will come surprised why the heck they were asked to show up. 68 pages long lease agreement does not mention you can't take pictures anywhere outside of the apartment you're renting, it doesn't mention photography at all. The number they show as what you'll be paying is a few hundred dollars below what you'll really be paying. They charge separately for garbage disposal, for light in the hallways, for the electronic door lock, for parking even one car (they tell upfront about the car though), for God knows what - it's 2 to 5 hundred more than what you signed the lease for - be ready, have some room in your budget. The management company and leasing company have done nothing to fix this issue, as they continue to lease to their trashy friends and perpetuate the filthy flamingo culture of escorts and drug dealers. The management company has zero interest in changing the image of the building and holding on to clean cut residents who hold high level jobs who made the mistake of moving here. The management company also will never ever answer the phone. They won't even provide an extension in their email signature because they don't want to be reached. They take approximately 6 hours to 3 days to respond to emails. Once you decide to give your final notice to move out, the management company comes after you in efforts to not give your security deposit back. I received 3 false complaint notices which would lead to a fine shortly after giving my final notice I will not renew my lease. #1 was I was not allowed to have a pet who I've had registered and paid extra for since I've moved in. Another was for taking my bike through the lobby (service elevator is closed in mornings). They will look for every excuse to take money from you and scare away any decent people living here. I'm so excited to move to a true luxury building next month and escape the worst most hellacious time of my life which is living in the flamingo. Moving from Nyc to Miami is never easy, but making that move during a pandemic is on another level difficult. As such there were a few hiccups along the way after signing our lease. However, the Flamingo management handled these hiccups with such caring, compassion, and customer service it was almost unreal. We really felt like the management, in particular Joe & Sarah, were our friends looking out for us. Then when we arrived, the building, the apartment, the grounds of the residence was somehow even better then the photos and video tours! Everyone has been so nice, welcoming, accommodating, and on top of it covid safe. My fiancé is French and I am a New Yorker, historically not the easiest people to please or accommodate. I rarely write reviews but the Flamingo has blown me away. I truly recommend making the move to this little piece of paradise. read more

99% of the reviews aren't fake news. THERE IS NO FREE RENT. This is like living in hell. I fulfilled my lease, gave proper notice and left with a $0 balance owed to the Flamingo Center Tower and a month last received a bill for $1,800 for damages. I've attached photos to show how the apartment was left. Besides the drug dealers, prostitutes and violence there is the never ending stream of thugs walking around everywhere. No one knows who lives at the Flamingo. There was a dead body in the bushes for an entire day covered in a yellow plastic tarp a few weeks a few weeks ago. Absolute garbage community; avoid like the plague: --when I moved in, no one would help me figure out where anything was or how anything worked--the gym is 'at the back of the garage by the valet' even though, no, it's nowhere near the valet and 'the back of the garage' is not accessible except randomly from the 6th floor (no signage or any other materials to help explain this) --packages get lost or stolen constantly due to poorly set up package lockers and negligent staff; the sprinkler system turned on due to an issue caused by the construction, an entire locker bank was frozen and I never got my package that was in there--when the lockers get overloaded, the staff let FedEx and others just dump packages in the open room where construction crews can grab anything and make no effort to ensure packages are safe --doing something basic like reserving the freight elevator is impossible because the omnipresent construction crews act like they own the place and the management does nothing to stop them blocking every entrance and doing whatever they want --frequent elevator outages and utility outages due to constant construction or poor maintenance --if you want to have someone move in, or enable them to access the elevators without you, you have to add them to the lease as if it was a brand new application and plunk down $1400 for them to even consider it, and they can just say no and keep your money --lobby staff is useless and does not take security seriously; people are walking in and out all the time, yet randomly they'll pick actual guests of residents to harass --nosy and incompetent security comes and randomly knocks on my door at 7am, 1030pm, 1am to stop OTHER PEOPLE'S PARTIES' or to randomly look for a package that someone lost --when they clean a common area, they just close off the elevators with no prior warning and rudely send you back upstairs with no accommodation or explanation of how you're supposed to get where you need to be read more

When I was moving to Miami everyone told me not to move at the Flamingo as too many young noisy people. As I am in my 50s I was thinking that maybe this would not be the place for me. How wrong I would have been, I love living here, I have been living here for almost one year now and I have hardly experienced problems, it is a lovely place, great location & great service. You are 2 blocks from Lincoln road and in the middle of everyghing, I don't need a car to get around in South beach, outside our gate there is a taxi stand, bikes that you can rent for $ 15 a month, in the building you have a car rental service by the hour if you need, 2 beautiful pools, a great gym, what more can you ask for? I feel like I am on vacation every day of my life ! I would highly reccomend it, if you compare the rent out there for other similar places, you will see that livig in a place controlled by a company and not a private owner has its advantages, the cost is fair to what the market is and the apartments are fresh and look like the model you see, no surprises. Pros: - Beautiful building with really nice amenities, a great location and amazing bay views. - Renovated units are NICE and come with smart home features. - Doggie VIP in the building is super convenient and the people who work there are awesome. - JUAN from the front desk is the best and super friendly - always offers to help when you have an issue. Note: the other front desk people are rude or ignore you unless you approach them. - Any issues with your unit are usually addressed quickly via the online portal - but if you have issues with your A/C on the weekend, just know it's not getting fixed until Monday. - Tons of EV charging stations in the parking garage. Cons: - Expensive - Cell service in the building is awful and the building's WiFi absolutely sucks. Only good service you can get is when you're on your own WiFi in your unit, but even then calls get dropped all the time. - Despite concrete construction, you can still hear neighbors when they play loud music. We regularly had to call in noise complaints at all hours of the night. The building introduced new "quiet" hours, but some tenants don't seem to care. - Lots of inconsiderate pet owners in the building who either don't pick up after their dogs or don't leash their dogs. - Package delivery room is still not finished. Packages get lost or stolen all the time because anyone can access the current package lockers in the garage, and delivery people frequently leave packages there unattended. We had to stop having stuff delivered to the building because it was so bad. Currently someone from the building "guards" the package area, but I honestly don't know how much that's helped. - The leasing/management office never picks up the phones and is slow to respond to emails - we frequently had to go there in person to get stuff done. - The building is really not adequately set up for handicap people. To get to anywhere in the building or on the grounds, you need to go through so many doors and most of them are not ADA compliant. Additionally, the few ramps and many different elevators in the building are a headache - not just for disabled individuals, but for anyone moving bulky stuff into or out of the buildings. - On the elevator point, anytime you leave or enter the building, you have to take a series of elevators depending on where you park and if you're lugging baggage or a stroller. For instance, parking with baggage you can't carry on stairs requires the use of at least 3 different elevators. - There are no assigned parking spaces in the parking garage, which is annoying. - Despite all of the biometric scanning and other security measures taken, unauthorized people were still able to access the property. Frequently, the parking garage access points were left open for anyone to enter if they wanted. - The building nickel and dimes you for anything extra you need beyond the already expensive rent. The gym is NOT included and is an extra fee (I think it is $60/month), each parking space you need will cost you $115/month, AND you have to PAY an annual fee to receive your packages. - The new gym has very nice equipment, but is significantly smaller than the old gym. The building tries to brand it like an Equinox, but having been a member of Equinox, I can say that's not accurate at all. - There is no guest parking - the only option your guests have is to valet their car (I think it's $24/day)...however they're not allowed to drive in/drive out throughout the day. Flamingo management company Aimco did not care that families were being pushed out of a community. They only cared about more money attributing to their bottom line. How much profit can we make. Even though residents as myself had children in school and had to restructure your entire life only to make a profit from New York residents. To increase rent from $2300 to $ 4700 knowing I had a child was just inconsiderate at the least! I had been a resident for 2yrs and this rent spike displaced me and my child for 2mo. Glad I worked for an hotel industry to help out but some people did not have the same luxury. The mayor and governor should put a stop to this. PERIOD!! read more

Run as far away as possible from this trashy racket. Hidden fees galore, charging fees for an appliance that broke 2 weeks into moving in at no fault of my own, and took a MONTH to replace, your security deposit will be more of a fee you'll never get back regardless of the condition of your unit, security is rude and disrespectful, staff has no idea what the hell their own rules are, and good luck getting anyone on the phone if you have any issues. the community attracts the riffraff of the world, don't let them fool you into thinking the center tower is any nicer, it might look it but it's the same quality as the other 2 buildings which are only a level up from hostels but just as dirty, rats and dog crap everywhere is a regular sight. You like sleep? Say goodbye to that too, with people fighting on balconies and on occasion trying to push each other off of them at freaking 4 am. Smoke free you say? Nope I can smell the smoke seeping into my apt, the fire alarms go off almost every day because someone is hotboxing their apt it's at a point where no one takes it seriously, should there be an actual fire and someone gets injuried aimco has a liability lawsuit on their hands Oh also you can't receive packages unless you pay a monthly subscription for a lockbox. Aimco don't bother replying to this (not like you would have done anything in the first place) i already handed my notice to break my lease and even though it seems like it's going to cost me a fortune, i will happily pay it to get out of this massive motel, but i will make sure the building's reputation is accurate to any respective tenants. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Horrible customer service, they won't be nice to you. I drove one hour to tour this building, upon arrival the Leasing Agent (he never introduced himself) working on Sunday, April 28th let me know that the townhomes advertised as available on their website were NOT available, then I proceed to ask about other floor plans and he was plain rude as if I was an inconvenience there. He told me his availability was very limited even though that's not what the website says. No, thank you... I will take my business elsewhere. If they treat their prospective customers that way, just imagine after you move-in to the building. Read the reviews, their current residents say the management is awful and my experience today can validate what they say. This guy was beyond unprofessional and unfriendly. read more

I got stuck in the elevators multiple times and almost died because no one could find me. They don't even bother to fix the elevators, they just let you stay trapped inside of them and maybe rot to death until they find your body. The staff is rude and have no idea what being-of-service even means. Guarantee this place will be shut down by the city very soon. Dangerous place. read more

If you like strong emotions and the worst management this is the right place! At the beginning was the cockroaches! But then we discover the best. We have a wonderful group of young neighbors: they live from 2 am to 6 am. They receiving a lot of friends and they enjoy so much smoking the peace Calumet. Obviously, marijuana smell is fantastic for our children two years old, it will be perfect for the condo of tomorrow. More than this I love so much to wake up at 3 o clock in the night because of the nice neighbors love the techno music very loud. But I wrote a lot of requests to have more of this from AIMCO management but they have to share this benefit with a lot of masochistic clients, that I could understand. Yesterday POLICE and SWAT enter my apartment. Was wonderful. They looking for someone in the next apartment. I loved so much so I went to the manager for thanks her. Unfortunately, she said "is better you go to a hotel for some day but we can pay for you" was so nice!! Next time I ask to spit me in my face. Such a fantastic place for masochist!!! read more

I just had to leave another review. God, this place was awful. Don't even think about it. Those cockroaches still give me nightmares from time to time... I legit saw a roach as big as a fucking lobster in the skywalk once. Stay Update after Flamingo's response: You people did "treat" my unit for cockroaches several times. Same gripe about the security deposit. I lived at the Flamingo Center tower about 5 years ago. It's useless try to clean the place when you leave because they hold all the cards legally regarding your security deposit and will never give you much back. My only suggestion is you take pics of every inch of the place on move-in day and upload them somewhere to verify the date. Then when you move out, make sure to be at the exit inspection and have those pics ready in case they try to blame you for something. read more

Do you know what is the definition of Regret ? FLAMINGO !!! They offer you 1single dollar for a month lease plz DONOT TAKE IT " cos it is waste of a dollar " Worst living environment ! Smells all the time : no matter what ! Smells poopy , smells like dog peeing , smells weed all over the place !! They charge you for every thing literally " except O2 "!!! Cos they cant!! Rude , slow , construction suppose to take only 3 months, and it took place since 2016 and still on going ! Tho it is very enjoyable !!! Wake up 6 am and a compressor hammer is working right next to your door!! Dont know what to write , think about anything , and it is wrong in this place ! I chose to live in Flamingo South Beach when I first moved here from NYC because it was easy... no realtors, gym, parking, laundry all on site and because a friend lived in the North Tower. So for me it made relocating easy. The apartment was very spacious, with a huge balcony, in apartment stackable laundry. The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was that there was no hall closet and the kitchen cabinets were cheap... like cheaper than Ikea cabinets. The gym which is an additional $55 a month was great and worth it. The first year I lived here one of the pools was under construction. I moved in March and they said it would be done by May... it wasn't done till several months later. The negatives of living here is that the rent is ridiculously high. I was paying the same amount I had been paying to live in NYC. And then they charge you for EVERYTHING... parking, trash pickup, pest control and etc. All things that in every city I have ever lived in... it was always included. The office staff are rude and incompetent. They never answer their phone when you call and if you so happen to get someone on the phone... it is like you are bothering them (I am sorry you had to come to work today and actually do some work). Calling AIMCO in Colorado just makes you realize why these people were hired because dealing with them is just as bad. The security of the building is a joke. Countless times people have just walked in the gate and ended up knocking on my door. No call from security asking me if I wanted them to come up. They tell you to carry you resort pass at all times but I have had friends that have lived there for 2 years without a resort pass because they lost it. There are also a lot of people renting out their couches and spare rooms to randoms that never get a pass either and apparently don't need them. The weekly dog owner allowing their mutts to piss and shit throughout the building with no recourse would be my only other complaint. Location, amenities, and apartments in Center Tower... great. Staff, security, and extra charges are ridiculous. I eventually moved to the North Tower after my rent was increased by $400 after my first year there.... read more

There is no hot water in this building not enough hot water for all the residence 24 seven and there's very little that they are doing to solve the problem It's been going on for months if not years access to hot water does not exist it will be warm but you'll never have hot water read more
