MS I have been a customer of Flag & Flag Poles for about 15 years. I shop there about 2-3 times a year to update my flags or get new product. It is not in a seed part of town. It is on a main highway the flows through Central Florida It is a family owned business. I have never been treat with disrespect or found the store. to be disorganized or dirty. Yes, they show their product on peg board but it is clearly marked and well organized. The owner are fun to talk to and always pleasant. read more

This is a small business who we love to buy from until today! Five years ago we brought a flagpole, light and ball topper all at a reasonable price. Today I went in and purchased the same items and the price has doubled!! I understand there is inflation until I checked some prices on line. When I went home and checked the model numbers on different websites, I was shocked that the Flag & Flag Poles store was charging OVER 75 percent or more. I tried to return some items , not all, but they only issue store credit. I understand when small stores do not accept returns snd will issue store credit but in this situation there should be an exception! This is bad business!! I can accept maybe charging their customers 20 percent more but charging a 100 percent more for a flag, no! Many customers are elderly people who do not use the computer often. This store is taken advantage of their customers. SHAME ON THEM!! Buyer beware and shop around. read more

NO REFUNDS AT THIS DARN PLACE. ITS DIRTY, in a bad part of town, just peg board walls, & they are stingy on the A/C! They sold us a different flag than what we asked for and they won't take it back!!! They did issue store credit -but- geez...their PRICES ARE HIGH$$! Sucks! Of course the owner did point to a 2-3 inch sign that said no refunds posted 3-4 feet from register!!! Small and with all the other clutter it's a real challenge to even see it!!! Shady work practices!! I will never set foot in there again. read more
