STAY AWAY Had iPad screen replaced Feb 25 home button sticking first day. After 1.5 months screen started to not respond. Called to get resolved first of May (~69 days) & it took a week for them to call me back. They said because it is over 60 days they will not warranty their work. Terrible service, terrible customer service, I would not waste your time here, there are plenty of other quality repair shops that stand by their work.

I needed to have my screen replaced on my iPad but when I got it back from the first place a week…read moreafter dropping it off, there was a large dead spot on the screen, a piece of debris under the screen, and the home button collapsed in on my first press and only worked half of the time after that. After being told that my iPad was defective, I Goggled repair shops and read a ton of reviews, hoping to find one that would not charge too much. I decided to try TechBrotherz. Imran and his team were amazing! Not only did they replaced the screen with one that worked, but they fixed my home button at no extra charge and did a complete vacuum of the interior, removing the debris. Their price was very reasonable and the service was fast! I recommend them to anyone who has a device that needs repair. Fast, friendly service and if someone offers to replace your screen for only the cost of the screen, don't do it! Send it to the TechBrotherz.

If you need basic screen replacement, sure, they are probably fine, it's an easy enough job, but if you need actual diagnosis and repairs, I would avoid, very nice to deal with, friendly but not worth the three days it took for them to tell me less info than what I told them when I dropped it off.

Music to my ears as I don't like being with my phone for too long. They fixed it and found that the camera lens got scratched when I broke the glass and said they could fix it, however it would be another hour. I had a busy day so said that I would have to come back another day and when I called them to get the camera replaced, not only did they give special pricing, they were able to fit me in right away. I would recommend them for any cell phone repairs as they were very professional, efficient and cost effective. Thanks Sarah and Chris.
