The worst of all is that the new owner actively tries to sell you on ANYTHING in the store and will NOT leave you alone to actually shop on your own will. That was a pet peeve of mine with other surf shops, you'd have to wait around an hr or 2 if you wanted to buy a leash! Anyway, they'll chat you up and make sure you get the right board. They don't haggle, which i think is a good policy, instead they just charge a fair price.
