They also repaired some outside lighting and took care of a few other minor house problems (interior door wouldn't close) we've struggled with for years. Today we had a flood in our house and about 30 gallons of water ended up in our ceiling. Not only was that horrible but it threatened our hardwood floors. Essam doesn't specialize in emergency repairs but one call from me and he was here within minutes. He drained the water, opened the ceiling so as to prevent mold, cleaned up the mess from the cracked ceiling and protected my hardwood.
