While Cash value life insurance annuities can be good for people who have children, need the life insurance and want to get some value at the end, you are much better off to go directly to an insurance company and get it, instead of a snowball artist like him. Peddling this type of deal as a "retirement plan" is terribly unethical. In my past experience these plans typically require a large amount of premium or expensive life insurance with heavy restrictions.
