Decent craft beer selection with some super cheap deals on the floor, look before buying!…read more I love craft beer and try to find local offerings when traveling, here we were in town for a wedding and found this place on Yelp. Decent selection, had a few Prairie offerings, Horny Goat, and a bunch of other decent beers. Not any of the Core or other top Arkansas beers, but a decent selection. On its own, I'd give this place a lower score. BUT . . .they had some really good deals on the floor. 750mL bottles of Original Sin Cherry Cider for $2 and Green Flash bombers for $1.50. These items are $8-10 in NYC, but here are cheap as anything. So . . yeah, more stars. Nice place, decent selection, worth a visit.

Alas, times change, and convenience seems to be king, as neighborhood establishments like these seem to be quickly disappearing in favor of warehouse-type businesses that have mass quantities of products, but little in the way of knowledgeable workers, let alone the owners who bankroll such monstrosities. Anyhow, my days of walking a few miles for fun are numbered, and I shall mourn the demise of this charming, helpful, and character-filled establishment. Hopefully, the building will be refurbished and put to another use?

This is a distillery that focuses on moonshine but also does some vodka as well. Its a sort of rustic spot that seemed off the main strip so was a bit quieter. My partner and I came for the tasting which was a super deal at $10 a person for around 13 samples of their various drinks. Keally was our server and she was super nice and gave us great background about the various moonshines and drinks. She also provided good suggestions on how to mix them up or pair them with other things. We had a lot of fun and ended up buying some thins to take back with us (which was nice as they have pretty good deals the more you buy).
