He was attentive and had my issue, turned around quickly and resolved by the end of the day. He was able to have everything moved over, and the worry taken off my plate. Certainly new to this office and as I work in the customer service field I am very impressed with his skill and ease with handling this type of situation on the fly. He's a very valuable resource to this team. He was courteous and even worked around my somewhat difficult work schedule even using text messaging email when needed. So I shopped around and found better coverage for a lower monthly price from Progressive. I immediately called the office back to cancel my policy before it renewed so I would not get charged. I was sent to voicemail so I left a message stating that I need to cancel my coverage. I got no phone call back and this was durning business hours. I figured it was all taken care of because I got no phone call regarding my cancellation. Lo and behold I was charged my higher rate and they essentially told me there's nothing they're going to do to expedite my refund and I can't contact the billing department. In summary, I called to cancel my coverage, they never called back and charged me the higher rate after I left a voicemail stating I did not want that to happen. Completely unprofessional.
