I specifically said I wanted direct deposit. She asked for my bank information, which I gave her. When it was done it was going on some Emerald card. I said I asked for direct deposit. Then it said I denied my refund. I tried to call and the recording said I had the free version and wasn't allowed to speak with anyone. Free?? They were goi g to charge me almost $300 for a simple tax return. I asked questions, asked to send me the return to sign it. She never answered a question. I called today and was told she didn't work on the weekends even though she did my taxes on Sunday. She never got back to me at all. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was on her way there and asked to have her call. Never called. Called back and now she's not in today. I missed out on the loan for my refund. All the person I talked to said is we can cancel the taxes. These people do not answer questions, charge a ton of money for a simple return and you can talk to no one. I will NEVER use H&R Block again. All they care about is charging you as much as they can and lying to you. Worst customer service.
