When I got home and replaced the battery I realized that the clock was non- operational. I returned the following day to request a refund. I explained the clock did not work and served no purpose other than as a simple decoration, however I was coarsely informed that all sales were final, purchasing second hand items carries a risk, and the company policy was posted behind the cashier.
