I've been coming to Five Seasons Healing regularly for the last few years to see Erin Kennedy. She's treated me for a range of things -- like stress, IVF and pregnancy-related nausea (which was really bad) among other things. I *always* feel better after our sessions, and on the pregnancy front - acupuncture was the only thing that gave me any relief from the nausea. She also does cupping and gua-sha where I need it -- routine shoulder and neck pain, but also against my ribs and thighs to help open things up during pregnancy (iyk, yk). I strongly recommend Erin -- she's a miracle worker. read more

I love seeing Jayne for facial acupuncture! My main concerns were smoothing out lines on my forehead as well as evening out the tone and texture of my skin overall. After my first session, my face was absolutely glowing and now after about 3 or 4 sessions, I can really start to see noticeable consistent results. Not to mention that I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after every session and Jayne has even been able to help me address other issues like wrist pain and digestive stuff. She is very thorough at looking at how she can support my health holistically, not just skin symptoms and I LOVE that. Plus you get a mini gua sha facial at the end which feels so luxurious. Definitely recommend. read more

I had the worse migraines, nausea, vomiting, acid reflux associated with pregnancy but wanted to minimize oral medications if I could. My friends recommended acupuncture and have to say, thank goodness I found Sharon at five seasons healing! It was honestly the only thing that worked for me. I started off with session every 2 weeks during my second trimester and have continued the sessions since then (later sessions to target back pain, jaw pain, ongoing acid reflux, and now focusing on labor induction). Sharon is very gentle (you can barely feel the needles) and has lots of knowledge regarding prenatal care. I did a few sessions with Erin as well, and she was also great. Plus side is the practice accepted my insurance (initially my insurance messed up and the practice was so quick to work with me to make sure the sessions were covered). Highly recommend. read more

I've been seeing Sharon for almost two years now for fertility and now pregnancy support, and she brings such a positive, reassuring, and calming energy, especially during my long and difficult IVF journey. IVF was both physically and emotionally exhausting, and I believe having Sharon's expertise in TCM and acupuncture really made a difference for me. She truly cares about her patients and is invested in helping them and bettering their health. She always made sure that I was able to find appointments that fit my schedule, and made sure that either she or her colleague, Erin (who is also so wonderful!), were able to fit me in for last minute sessions before and after my egg retrievals and embryo transfers. Now that I'm pregnant, she's been helping me through my pregnancy symptoms, and I feel relief and relaxed after every session. I'm so grateful to have found her and the practice will continue to seek support postpartum. I can't recommend Sharon and Five Seasons enough! read more

I came to Five Seasons Healing after a years long fertility journey. I was open-minded, but had no previous experience with acupuncture. My initial appointment with Erin immediately put me at ease. She asked questions that made me feel like she wanted to understand my entire health journey, and not just focus on the fertility aspect. She was warm and personable and I began to see her regularly. Though the fertility journey is a slow and at times bleak process, I would look forward to my weekly sessions for the quiet, meditative hour it provided me. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. After yet another round of retrievals I was shocked (as was my doctor) to see that I had better results than I had had in the past 5 years. I am now continuing onto the next phase and feel immense gratitude and relief to know I will continue to have Erin and acupuncture supporting me. She is always willing to give extra advice about diet, nutrition and movement without ever being prescriptive. I value our conversations and her incredible talent and dedication. I cannot thank her and Five Seasons enough for everything they have done for me. read more

Sharon and her team are incredible. During my first visit I knew this practice was unlike others I have visited. The intake was thorough and extensive and the check ins on symptoms and overall wellbeing happen at the beginning of every appointment. My visits have resolved underlying health issues I had been experiencing for years and visited multiple doctors with no answers or relief. Sharon and her team know me as a person and treat my symptoms holistically not in a vacuum. My weekly visits bring me back to equilibrium and feel like a form of self-care. This group is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Sharon has significantly improve my pain, stress, and anxiety and leaves me feeling relaxed and restored (see real data from my Oura ring). Sharon is so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough - I can't recommend her and the rest of the Five Seasons team enough!!!! read more

Highly highly recommend. I have been going to Sharon Yeung at Five Seasons Healing since 2022. I started seeing her mainly for IVF support and general health issues, including mental, physical, and high stress and anxiety levels. She made me feel heard regarding my emotional and physical pain and helped me feel better almost immediately after each session. She is very thorough in understanding your concerns, taking time to listen and trying to find the root causes of issues while also treating present symptoms. Not a joke, 1 hour acupuncture visit feels like 10 therapy sessions combined! When I'm in a stressed mode, I can't really eat (due to lack of appetite or indigestion) or sleep well. However, after my weekly session, I always feel relaxed and have a much better appetite. read more

From my wife: "My baby was breech at 34 weeks and on the recommendation of my OBGYN to pursue acupuncture, I reached out to Sharon in hopes to flip the baby. She scheduled me quickly, ran down my insurance to make sure if it was covered it got paid for, and the acupuncture treatment was fabulous and holistic. The office is very clean and comfortable. They had props to allow for comfortable treatment on my back side or stomach. After just two treatments (along with spinning babies circuit at home), even though I didn't notice it, the baby was verified to have cephalic presentation less than one week later and stayed down. Sharon also provided Moxa Sticks for daily use at home." read more

An exceptional and worthwhile investment: I am 35 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Sharon for the majority of my pregnancy. I initially looked into Chinese acupuncture because I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma. While they can be mild, they can also present significant complications for women like me - of advanced maternal age. From our intake appointment, Sharon addressed each of the concerns I presented throughout the duration of this pregnancy - the aforementioned hematoma, sciatica, chronic nasal congestion and a variety of other pregnancy-related discomforts. Through acupuncture and her prescribed herbal formulas, I am confident that Sharon's support has been instrumental in keeping me healthy, active and generally comfortable throughout my pregnancy. Her expertise and guidance has enabled me to avoid multiple interventions from my OB-GYN and instead allowing me to address them naturally. Furthermore, Sharon is professional. She is mentally and physically present for appointments, takes patients on time, recalls previous conversations (such that you're not always "starting over" with her) and is up front about what she does and does not feel requires time and financial investment. I have since recommended my fiancé to her and convinced my mother to see an acupuncturist near where she lives (far outside of the NY area). I will continue seeing Sharon after I give birth and hope to be under her care long-term. read more

Jessica is a true healer! She knows the body so well, it's incredible to listen to her explain things. I've learned so much about myself from her and she's helped me more than words can describe. Jessica and Sharon are truly the dream team. I'm so thankful for Five Seasons. read more

Alyssa is FANTASTIC!! I felt right at home the moment I met her and discussed my allergy-ridden state of being, and then was well taken care of... all praises here :D The office is very comforting and cozy... I went in to for said allergies and came out happy and reveling in the healing powers of acupuncture and herbs even more!!!! (which is like, a lot b/c I already believe in it fully) I'd highly recommend it to lovers and enemies alike, and I shaaall return ;) read more

I've visited Five seasons regularly for the last 5 years, they have been so helpful with fertility and many other things. In January 2021, my husband and I both tested positive for covid. I saw Sharon for a virtual video consult within 2 days of testing positive, she arranged for a custom herbal formula to be sent to me. We had a second consult around 5 days after the initial consult, during which time my symptoms improved considerably. As my symptoms changed, Sharon was able to adjust the treatment and have a second formula sent out to me. I recovered entirely within 14 days. (In contrast - my husband recovered briefly after about 4 days of symptoms before relapsing with much more severe symptoms including chest tightness. At this point he agreed to see Sharon and commenced his own herbal treatment course with her. Within 48 hours of commencing the treatment, he noticed significant improvement in his symptoms and made a full recovery within a week with no further relapses.) read more

Sharon is incredible. Within 1-2 months of weekly acupuncture sessions and a prescribed custom herbal tea, my menstrual cycle came back, and became regular with little to no PMS symptoms. I never (never!!) had a period naturally until I started doing weekly acupuncture in my mid/late twenties. Five Seasons healing is a wonderful clinic, and Sharon in particular has a treatment style that is never over-done, yet thoroughly effective. She has a very grounding perspective and presence that is especially appreciated in a medical setting, and her wisdom extends far beyond treating menstrual cycles; I also experienced improvement in symptoms related to digestive issues and mental/emotional stress. Highly recommend. read more

Sharon has helped me tremendously with ankle pain that was increasingly debilitating, as well as complications from hand surgery, using acupuncture and herbal therapies. The results have been amazing. I went from limping around the house and having trouble walking down the street to going days without any significant pain. And she helped get my allergies under control. I've never had a doctor or medical professional of any kind ask me so many questions about my health, diet, sleep, exercise practices, digestion, or general well-being. She really looks at the whole person. Highly recommended! read more

Sharon is the absolute best. I can't even express in words how amazing she is and cannot imagine my life without her. She was recommended to me by a fellow acupuncturist / herbalist as someone who help me with a host of eating, stomach and dietary issues. In addition to helping with these issues, Sharon has helped me manage stress, and treated other issues that have arisen such as an elbow injury from tennis and a tailbone injury. Her treatments and custom herbal formulas combined have made a big difference in my overall life. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone who wants to achieve major health benefits holistically. read more

I was referred to Five Seasons Healing for Fertility Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from a colleague. My experience was fantastic, Sharon and later Alison saw me through my trying to conceive time period into my first trimester. Acupuncture and TCM helped prepare and tone my body for becoming pregnant by first restoring my balance, providing a framework of stability, groundedness and well-being. Between my weekly acupuncture sessions, the balancing TCM tea and going to my local fertility clinic for a very light treatment, my husband and I conceived within 3 months! I believe I got the best support from Five Seasons Healing. read more

I've been seeing Sharon for almost a decade. She's that phenomenal and effective. Sharon has given me the opportunity to live without migraines and sinus issues and also supported me through not one but two pregnancies plagued by hyperemesis gravidarum. I have recommended her to several friends, who have also loved her as well. I would describe Sharon as very intuitive and warm acupuncturist who is deeply skilled in acupuncture and herbs. She does take insurance, unfortunately not mine. In desperate financial times, I have seen a few other acupuncturists. The experience was NOTHING like an acupuncture treatment with Sharon. She is in a master class of her own, and I would recommend her without any reservations. She truly has supported my health and sanity in a way that no other medical professional has. read more

I started acupuncture around week 20 of my pregnancy with Suzanne Connole to address typical pregnancy symptoms including nausea, indigestion and intense back pain which started closer to the 3rd trimester. With each treatment, I noticed significant improvements in my symptoms and overall mood. Suzanne has been an amazing addition to my team and I believe the acupuncture has been a tremendous help in making it to full term with as little discomfort as possible. This is my 3rd pregnancy and probably one of the most challenging that I've experienced so I'm grateful to have had this holistic approach with a practitioner as caring and invested as Suzanne. Also, the fact that she has been more than accommodating with her schedule is just icing on the cake. Thank you Suzanne for everything! read more

I started seeing Sharon Yeung almost exactly one year ago. I was two months postpartum, and like many other women, was experiencing the roller coaster that is new motherhood. I had had an incredibly difficult delivery, one that was physically and emotionally traumatizing, and my body felt like it was a constant state of panic and tension. I was constantly exhausted, drained and emotional. When acupuncture was first recommended to me, I was skeptical - I had tried it briefly a few years before without any tangible results, and wasn't sure I could fit it into my busy schedule when basic activities like grocery shopping felt too exhausting. But I agreed to try it once, and it was then that I met Sharon. I took to her immediately - she was warm, compassionate, deeply knowledgeable, and as a mom herself, relatable and judgement- free. I've continued to seeing Sharon regularly for an entire year and I can say that she is one of the most talented (and pleasant) practitioners I've ever met. Her healing powers are transformative. She has helped to support me through my postpartum recovery, insomnia, various aches and pains, colds, even injuries. She is now my first call whenever I am feeling unwell (and also when I have the time for some preventative care!), and I frequently and pro-actively recommend her to my friends and family. I consider myself lucky to be treated by her, and could not recommend her and the Five Seasons Healing practice more highly. read more

After 6 years of constant lower back pain that was severely limiting my ability to be fun and active with my kids, I gave acupuncture and cupping a try at Five Seasons Healing. It has been nothing short of a life-changing experience. Working with Meghan, who is gentle, informative and just an overall lovely human being, I experienced immediate relief. Since I had been trying and failing to find even a modicum of comfort using more traditional avenues (doctors, physical therapy, massage, chiropractors, etc.), I couldn't be more grateful to Meghan or more of a believer in the healing powers of acupuncture. The pain that used to cloud my day is largely gone and I haven't felt this good in many years. I highly recommend Five Seasons Healing to anyone who is looking to alter the way they feel about pain and their mind and body's relationship to it. read more

I highly recommend Five Seasons Healing for acupuncture treatment for your needs during the entire process of having a baby. Sharon and her team are deeply knowledgeable about their practice and art of acupuncture. They also bring a very practical and healthy perspective to the world of western fertility treatments. I looked to their wisdom as I was in a whirlwind of decision making, learning how to take care of myself and my body while undergoing the stress of fertility treatments with accompanied uncertainty. With acupuncture Sharon helped smooth out my cycle, balanced my nerves, and guided me to think clearly and act gracefully with my decisions. I was a patient at Five Seasons fertility for many months, including preparation for fertility treatments, during treatments, waiting for conception, and the first trimester. I can't imagine having gone through that experience without them giving the support to my body and mind that I needed to become a mother. I highly recommend these wonderful practitioners. read more

I first saw Sharon about 5 years ago and knew instantly I had come to the right place. She is incredible! There truly aren't enough kind things I can say about her and the team at Five Seasons Healing. She is one of the most knowledgeable and caring people I know and you are immediately put at ease in her presence. Regular acupuncture sessions and customized Chinese herbs have changed my life in so many positive ways. Sharon is typically the first person I turn to for health & wellness concerns and over the years she has helped me work through issues related to my thyroid condition, hormonal shifts, general anxiety as well as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, lower back pain, etc. I have recommended tons of friends to her also and all of them feel as fortunate as I do to have found Sharon! She's the real deal. read more

I have tried acupuncture before, but Sharon at Five Seasons is completely on another level of awesomeness. She carefully listens to your conditions and depending on how you are doing at each session, she explores to find the best way to treat you. In my case, the trouble with my hearing due to strange muffling sensations in my ear that had lasted for, at least, a few months began to improve with each appointment. She also provides helpful hints and tips on what you can try to treat your body and mind better. Nothing mystical, all very rational. I think the improvement in my case thus far has been a result of this way of close communication along with her precision acupuncture skill. read more

I have been seeing Sharon since 6 years now, and I couldn't be more thankful to have met her in my life. I owe my heathy happy pregnancy to Sharon! I searched high and low for a practitioner who specialized in woman's health and maintaining a heathy pregnancy (especially in the first trimester) and Sharon was that and so much more. From morning sickness and regaining energy to miscarriage prevention and cord and placenta health, to her ability to destress me in an instant, I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I even moved abroad towards the end of my pregnancy and consulted with her long distance because I trust her implicitly. I have had a lot of practitioners in my years (in SF, LA and NY) and she is by far the most knowledgable in both Eastern and Western methods. I wish I had found her sooner, and that she was still down the street from me. read more

The entire Five Seasons team is absolutely incredible! Sharon is caring and patient (and fun!) and always leaves space to listen and discuss whatever's going on at the beginning of each session, and then thoughtfully addresses the current issues.
