Kitchen help and food is from a Kosher Catering off sight service. My loved one has experienced abusive treatment by one of their servers twice. It was reported and this server remains employed. Food is very expensive and hit or miss. For what they charge you can do much much better elsewhere.

Problem still isn't resolved, spraying alone is not working and the office suggested waiting 2 more weeks to see if their pest control actually shows up. Meanwhile, the infestation is growing and potentially more damage is being done. I also cannot use my storage unit or even look inside, nor use my balcony. Way to enjoy summer! I've been told for over a year that I would have a garage assigned to me. Every time I stop in the office to inquire, I am given a different excuse: First it was that they were still working on assigning them. Then it was that the former tenants of the garage assigned to me still had not vacated it. Then it was that they were waiting on the remote to be returned. Then the electricity was out for the garage (except all of the garages near me have lights that were functioning...). Around 80% of the garages near me are unoccupied, and I know this because whenever it snows, there are no tire tracks at all. I had a coworker/neighbor who called multiple times a day until they gave her a garage to shut her up. I've considered doing the same but honestly, I don't think I'll renew my lease since they promised me a garage when I signed to renew my current lease. It's a shame, I really like living here, but I'm tired of dealing with this and not having a garage for my new car. Second, I mentioned the timeliness of attending to maintenance requests. My AC unit is older, so when the temperature hits the extremes, it struggles to keep my apartment either below 80 degree in the summer or above 58 degrees in the winter. It has taken multiple maintenance requests for them to witness the issue (since they won't respond on the day of the extreme weather temperatures) thus it took over a year to get it temporarily fixed by adding Freon. However, I think there is a leak in the system since it never lasts from summer to summer. Anyway, if you ever have a bad maintenance problem, I would recommend the emergency maintenance crew over the normal Auburn Gate crew. They are much more attentive and actually know how to fix my issues. I really like living here, but with these issues, I don't think I will be renewing my lease for next year.
