WOW nothing to say but good! Now why would you go to five guys when you are in Paris? U might say. so let me tell you why. The service was phenomenal. Anything I needed, they stop to get it. Fast food? Came out in two seconds. Good food? Absolutely delicious. Greasy, big, bacon. Everything I would want in a burger. Oh and they don't go cheap on frys. We sat in the five guys for two hours. Just a nice place to sit. Oh and fabulous view.

I certainly didn't expect to see a Five Guy's Restaurant along Champs-Élysées as the most beautiful and well-known avenue in Paris. But....this is no ordinary Five Guys location. With seating on three different levels, it's huge. It even has an elevator. We had to wait 15 minutes to get in. One nice feature that I've always liked at Five Guys is the ability to customize toppings. All of our food was good, and it was a cool experience to eat at this particular location. Service was excellent, and especially considering how busy it was. Toilets were clean and free to everyone. We had to wait 15 minutes to get in. So spending Thanksgiving in Paris we had a great French lunch so we decided to do Five guys for dinner after a busy day of shopping. We love Five Guys in the USA. There is something different with the burgers in France- they must use real meat with no fillers - it's just not the same- tasted a little funny. Also the Frites- they don't give so much extra like back home. Another disappointment- I was so excited to see the fountain machine like back home. So I decided only to fill my cup halfway up so that I could get a different flavor of of soda for refill, in my disappointment the soda machine does not allow you to refill. It allows you to only get water. Apparently the cups have bar scans on the bottom that triggers you to fill you cup only once. Positive part of this location - it's big and lots of room. Very clean. Staff is attentive. Clean free bathrooms. Great view of Tiffany's across the road.

I don't know what the fuss is about this place ? It's a burger joint that charges a lot of money for a burger with a milkshake. Always a line at this place and sure, the burger is nice and you get to choose your toppings from a card but it's not special, maybe in Paris it is, but not most other places I know. Service is quick to start but I could not pay by card after 6 attempts and then the staff were also a bit disorganized with my food ready but no one working on the drinks order. Ended up having to ask twice and it wasn't even busy yet. Nice experience and glad I tried it but, would not wait in line for it :-)

    The cheeseburger combo. Yum!

After touring the streets of Champs-Élysées, we needed a hearty dinner to recharge. We couldn't resist having a burger in the heart of Paris. I never had Five Guys in the states so I wanted to give it a try. There are so many American fast food chains that are branching out in Europe. The place was packed with tourists when we arrived. The restaurant has a second floor for dine in guests or grab a seat outside to take in all the action of one of the most popular areas in Paris. They are very efficient by having an English speaking worker take orders on a tablet while you are waiting in line. Once you place your order, walk up to the cashier and provide your pick up # to pay. The food was ready fairly quick. I like that you are able to customize your burger with a variety of free toppings and sauces. I ordered a basic cheeseburger with lettuce, grilled onions, mayo and ketchup. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The sesame bun is soft. The fries were so good! They use fresh cut potatoes. If you don't feel like a burger, the menu consists of hot dogs, sandwiches and milkshakes as well. I thought the burger was good but I can't say they are my #1. I would say 3.5 stars for the food and service.

I marched up/down 300+ stairs TWICE today; at the Saint-Coeur in Montmartre and Arc de Triomphe. Yet all that walking can't justify the grease and fat of the Five Guys Bacon Cheeseburger, which I lovingly tried to order en Française, "Je vous drais hamburger aux fromage et bacon, sil vous plais Only to have the cashier say, "you want fries with that?" Also, don't screw with the bouncer... he means business.

Okay, it's embarrassing but we went to Five Guys in Paris. A few things to note: 1. It's packed and loud. That's not a complaint. But just something to note. 2. It's more expensive than you might think. 9 euros for the big hamburger. 6.50 euros for a shake. 3. Everything tastes the same as back in the states although the strawberry shake that my son got tasted like there were real strawberries inside. 4. No refills on sodas. There is some kind of code on the bottom of the cups. It knew that we had filled up once. The machine did say that we could talk to the cashier though (we didn't). Is this a new thing in the states also? We don't go to Five Guys that much even in the U.S. I would give this place 3.5 stars but that's not a choice on the Yelp app. And I can't give a fast food restaurant four stars. All in all, "very delicious" my wife said.

same setup..a brigade pf perfectly fined tuned workers serving up some awesome goodness!!

i know what you people may think...eating 5 guys right in the heart of paris?? noooo! well, yes we did! tired from walking all day long and finally found ourselves in champ elysee so hungry and tired. looking around and every saw five guys...and suddenly had a strong craving for five guys! guess eating french cafe food finally took its toll, time for some good old fashioned comfort food. to cut to the chase, five guys right at the heart of the city of Love tastes like the ones on the corner in almost every cali city. consistent through and through. the line up here was out the door. they had ground, 2nd flr, and even 3 rd flr seating. each floor had those fancy pop machines. store looks the same with peanuts for me and numerous framed accolades on the wall. i got the everything in bacon cheese burger! amazing as always! generous toppings. succulent and juicy burger. the only difference to that of in north america is that, POP is not refillable. one fill and thats it! the cup at the bottom has a bar code of some sort and the machine knows. and the prices are more expensive when converted to canadian currency! these 2 factors are why the 4 stars! c

My family and I were spending the day in Paris and wanted a cool spot to hang out on Champs-Elysées. As expected, many of the other nearby restaurants and cafes are super pricey so we decided to go with this safe option because we love Five Guys! The building is huge and has two stories. The burgers were delicious and tasted just like they do back home, though everything was about 30% more the price. The only thing that really annoyed me about this location is that there are no free refills! You're paying €3.50 for a medium drink, and you won't know until after you try getting a refill that you need to pay for another drink! They have a little chip on the bottom of the cup so the machine can know if you've already had your drink. So be sure to go light on the ice and don't pull out your cup to dump some of the foam because you won't be able to get another chance and filling your cup!

Last nights visit- April 15th, 2018 So you're probably wondering why we are in Paris and eating at 5 guys... Well, let me just say I was looking for an American style restaurant all night, not really into escargot and 6 bottles of wine. We also just walked 704 flights of stairs to the Eiffel Tower, so I am justifying this greasy, amazing, American meal. This 5 guys is a huge, 2 level establishment in the center of Champs Elyséès. I ordered a regular cheeseburger and my husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger, we ordered a large fry, and one drink and it was 33 Euros, which in USD is $40.59. So yes, twice the price of the American establishments, but it was the same quality. The 'over the top' mountain of fries you get was also incorporated, thank God. The only thing that kind of ticked off my husband was that the soda cup had a chip on the bottom. NO REFILLS. Which is kind of insane to afford a chip on every cup... Either way, I don't know what it is about France. They treat soda like gold, it's normally 3-4 Euros, which is like $5 USD. Either way, it was amazing.

Women yelled at me .. I tried explain I filled it half way to wait ...expecting all you can refill .. honestly I owned a restaurant wtf

These people are animals !!! This is what happens when you buy a 5 guys franchise you ship it to France and try recoup your money . If it wasn't for us these people be speaking German 1. Burger taste same as nyc 2. So expensive . 2 burger 2 soda 1 mediums fries 35 euro that's 39 usd 3 I was waiting for my burger so I filled my cup 1/2 way drank it tried refill again Sob There is a chip In cup it only lets you fill it once. Soda is 3.50 euro that's 4 usd . Attach is crazy ass women who was rude to me .. Love of god . Just end franchises ship it home .. At this price point Honestly coke in America almost free Burger was same as nyc

That soda is €3.50... no refills... no notice on menu it's no refills

Although the burgers are fantastic, and food quality is consistent with what you'd expect (I'm a global fan of Five Guys), I had to give this place 1 star because of one thing: They don't tell you on the sign, or elsewhere - the sodas are NO REFILL (This goes against what I've seen at every five guys I've visited in Canada, US, UK and Dubai) I might have thought about it being single fill except that the price for one cup (not a large cup as available in North America) is €3.50! So for the simple fact that I feel I am getting gouged, I will give this one star. Stick with the little burger - the extra patty sets you back €3 And splurge on the €6.50 shake. Until they change their attitude and charge something more reasonable for a non-refill soda or make them conform to the Five Guys standard world wide... they're not likely to get my business and I'll actively tell my friends and colleagues to stick to the ones in the U.K. I'm Paris, I'll stick to Breakfast In America for my US burger hankerings.

One thing I look for in food is consistency. Consistency in brand, flavor, product & service. Recently we traveled to Paris, and after few days of attempting to eat Parisian food & a late night craving of burgers we ventured out to Champs Èlysèes. I cannot stress to you how safe we felt at 5 guys @ late hours in Paris. Fast forward 7 days, hubby & I driving by Dezavala. We remembered what great burgers. We popped in & enjoyed dinner. Burgers & fries are consistently good! Wherever you decide to eat! I personally have had 5 Guys in Philadelphia, Paris & San Antonio! Of course prices may vary according to location. Paris was about 40 American dollars conversion. However, definitely less than anything else in that area, & most of all the best meal that I personally had on the Champs Èlysèes! Price for 2 double cheese burgers, fries & shake. I will add that the small fry order is actually two, appears whatever size you order, Five Guys adds an extra fry order- gratis! So I recommend you get a shake & don't skimp on the size! It may be awhile before you get a great burger again! Not to mention the great service here! Rated this @ 5 stars, great American food!

It tastes like the original Five Guys in US, but it is a bit overpriced. The location is amazing and well kept. Fast service and fresh food.

The smoked beans weren't your traditional baked beans. Instead, they used black-eyed peas and kidney beans, which made for an interesting twist that turned out to be uniquely good. Paired with the subtly sweet, moist cornbread, it was a winning combo. The process is simple and efficient: order at the counter, grab a number, and they'll bring your food and drinks right to your table. When you're done, you can scan your number and check out directly. For visitors like us who didn't want to download the app, it was just as easy to take the number to the register to pay. The staff were all very sweet and helpful, which made the experience even better. Solid BBQ, smooth service, and a welcoming vibe, definitely worth a visit.

It was just like a cold loaded mashed potato, but delicious!! The Black Eyed Peas inside my baked beans threw me off a little bit, but don't get me wrong. They were still amazing. I got a kick out of the loaded fries because they used whole little golden potatoes and a homemade cheese sauce. We then we added pulled pork to the top for spectacular result. I had a delicious beer that I could not pronounce. We probably overdid it with a large assortment of the meats: specifically pork spareribs, a trio of different types of brisket, and smoked pulled pork. The total came to $95 and it helped us feel a little closer to home. leftovers for lunch !
