Yes, we had our food delivered to the table like they normally do, but we also had someone come around and make sure that we had everything we needed, just like you'd expect from a formal restaurant. Maybe I'm just a bit naive, but I really didn't think that an establishment such as Fatburger would have the drive to get a liquor license here in Canada, but I will say, it almost convinced me to get a drink for that reason! Buuuut I was more convinced to get a milkshake instead and for that, I have zero regrets. I went with the Mushroom Swiss specialty burger with fries, and boy oh boy, was that a satisfying meal. First thing to eat while back in Calgary for the holidays and I ALSO have zero regrets about that. I went for a two-flavour milkshake and combined the Oreo with the Mocha Java... OH MY WORD, it was one of the best milkshakes I've had in a long time. My sister got the Fatburger Jr and we were both quite full afterwards. All in all, good meal, good service, good time.

If you're a fan of burgers that have evenly distributed toppings, not TOO much sauce, and less bun overall, you will like this. I got the Whole Truck burger with almost everything on it and a poutine. The burger was massive! Due to its size it was a little unwieldy to eat, but I ingested that beefy madness like nobody's business. The poutine was large also and kind of reminded me of Costco's poutine in that it's good and hits the spot, but not memorable in the least.
