It took three attempts for my car to get an actual spot on a transporter, for different and unique reasons (the first transport truck was involved in a crash on its way to pick up my car; the second transporter would not pick up from downtown Chicago). By the time the car got a spot, I had left Chicago and was relying entirely on Dennis to coordinate the pickup. Dennis stuck with the order all the way through these challenges and the car was delivered safely a few days later. I took one star off because the price went up $100 from the initial quote (given in December while I was researching transporters) to actual cost (at end January), which I understand relates to the truck operator's rates. But otherwise, highly recommend and grateful to Dennis for his patience!

These guys (especially Dennis) were INCREDIBLY courteous, easy to communicate with, and polite, especially given unusual circumstances I had to work with without having access to my phone. The driver they sourced was exceptionally nice and professional as well, even going so far as to wash my car off before delivering right to my driveway. Would use again. Thanks guys

Parkway was recommended by a family friend who goes there for all of their card repairs. They were pretty busy and it shows just how trusted they are by the customers who bring their vehicles back for all services. I was given an appointment for the following Tuesday. They allowed me to drop off my car the night before because I had to work early the next morning. While at work on Tuesday, they called me around noon and told me I only needed a fan an it ended up only costing $600 instead. They had my car fixed by the time I got off work, I paid over the phone and was able to get a ride to pick it up before they closed.
